HEAT during the session is definitely a benefit! I just worked girth for a total time (work time) of about 30 minutes. I used a plastic drink cup. Filled it with some tolerably hot water, and dunked my penis over my toilet for a few minutes before lubing up for my girth session. I then worked girth for about 10 minutes. I took another short break to repeat the heating process. Did this a couple more times, re-heating my penis every 10 minutes-ish. I got a pump equal to what it would normally take me around an hour of work to achieve. WOW! Gonna start doing this EVERY time I work girth now!!
 
I just measured my post workout, erect girth and it's a full 3/4" bigger around. This came from internal expansion too....no fluid build up that I can see.
 
This sounds real good. I am off to take a bath right now and I am going to give this a go. I am going to rock with the combo we talked about also. Gives me another opportunity to test the jelq gel out:D
 
I always seem to get awsome post girth measurements. Haven't had any fluid buildup or donuts lately since warming up before and after sessions. I usually get .75 girth gain also after a session but it goes away after the next day.

I am gonna try warming up during the session as well and see if that helps.

Something else I noticed is that I feel more pressure in my shaft when I clamp with my hand as apposed to the hose clamp. I haven't done much hand clamps in a long time and am now doing those before putting on the hose clamp to finish off.

Luckily my house mate has been away for the last few weeks so I have been having some intense sessions. I have been hot wrapping every few sets of dry jelqs, ulis and horsies. A few times during a workout and you can really feel the differance in dick pliability.

I use a hot cloth throughout girth work ever since I started Penis Enlargementing and your sure as hell right it works.....

But I DONT GET ANY REAL extra pump....

You guys are talking about .75" extra....

If i could only have 6" just once after a workout,
shit id lose my mind., and start humping a rotten log or something.....
 
0.75" is crazy expansion. I can't get more that 0.5" and thats really, really pushing it.

It puts me at 6.5 as I am only 5.75 or 5.8 in EG.
 
I just finished a session using the hot water with my lube creation, very cool session. I did not measure but I was definitely on swollen!
 
what did you use to drunk in a long glass??

I used one of the big, plastic Fluff containers:D

How about this shit, I still have most of the pump from this morning. Something like 12 hours later.
 
very interesting idea here. i have recently started warming up before and after routines, but i have never done it in the middle. i will definitely incorporate this into my routine tomorrow and see how it goes.
 
I will be sure to try these out today. Im down to try anything that will help me on my girth journey.
 
Hit girth again last night for about half an hour and woke up this morning....about 7 hours later, and still have about 1/2" of the pump. Getting ready to hit it again here in a little bit for about an hour. This shit is going really well after only the first couple days. I havent been this motivated/excited about working girth in months.
 
I'm trying 3 on 1 off right now. So, tomorrow I'll hit it again in the a.m. and take Saturday off.
