Hey I have just recently got hard flaccid with premature ejaculation and cold pale glands, from stretching too hard. Any advice? I've been on break for 4 days but it's only gotten worse

This is a normal reaction to fatigue due to an intense stretching or girth routine. Have no fear as it is the perfect state to stretch in. I remember this happening in my beginnings and I got completely freaked out only to learn it was fatigue. As far as the premature ejaculation goes, I suggest playing around with Kegels and Reverse Kegels in your masturbation to find a sequence that will help you with this. There are also many exercises that can be done to help with this. Here are a few:

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

Use warm rice socks and stay away from pe for a week or so. I actually got a hard flaccid once from edging for hours for a week. Just keep up the warmth around it and the tissues will relax and soften again.

I really believe this has become a long term issue for me. I rarely have a day where I'm not doing some kind of girth work but I feel like the days of a pliable penis are over.

I guess I need to focus more on bundled stretches but the only way I've been ablessed to get them to work for me is to hold the base and kind of wring out my pens to the point of discomfort. Several times of this seems to loosen the tunica.

If anyone else has any ideas on what might help with this please let me know.

You know what to do, Bundled Stretches, these are the best way to loosen that hard feeling while flaccid. You could also work in some heat and deep tissue massage, this will also help with malleability. If you have long periods of privacy a heating pad about the penis will make you so pliable it will blow your mind.
 
I have another question for you all. Maybe some have had this issue. Or at least I think it's one of my issues...

I was circumsized when born. Never been an issue except for the usual drying of the glans.

My question comes with PE. I just got in a great girth workout and I have some good expansion in most every place on my Penis. However the one spot that doesn't seem to expand is near the circumcision scar. That area has always been a major struggle.

I once thought it was something I was doing with my hands. Now I'm starting to wonder if the scar itself has less room to expand. I seem to get expansion and some slight fluid retention everywhere but around the scar. Above and below. This is what leads me to believe I need to also work on stretching my scar.

Any thoughts or experiences with this?
 
Bundled Stretches should help this also. Also, basic skin stretching at the point of concern. I had a very tight circ. and I need to stretch the skin in order for the tightness to release. Basic PE should work this out for you but you ca speed the process by Bundles and Skin Stretching.

are you suffering with a hard flaccid where you get too much foreskin covering the head of your glans with some turtling??

Are you sure that bundled stretches should help with hard flaccid??

What about the tight pelvic floor muscles that caused the hard flaccid??

If bundled stretches would help me to solve the problem, I want to know how long it would take me to solve the issue??

How long I have no idea but when the penis hardens when flaccid it is usually because the Tunica has contracted, becoming more dense. Bundled stretching stretches and loosens this tightness. It could take a couple days it could take a couple weeks, either way it should be included in everyone's workouts.

Buy the length master and do bundled stretches, you need to condition your tunica very well. The length master is what you really need at this time and you will be making a huge gain of 25% discount for every purchase.

Tunica work has become as important as all PE work. The Tunica is extremely dense and it surround the entire penis. The density is about 95% leaving only about 5% elasticity. When we practice Bundled and Rolled stretches we are attacking the Tunica with great force causing or forcing it to expand. The awesome news about the lack of elasticity is the fact that when the Tunica is properly stretched it will never, ever go back to it's original size making PE gains very permanent.
