Having been working at it for 2 months. Routine: Warm-up, hand stretching for 20 minutes, heat for 10 min., jelqing--400--2 seconds in duration, heat for 10 min., hanging (15 lbs currently)--2 10 min. sessions, warm-down.

Have gained just short of 1/2" in BPenis EnlargementL length--from 6" to 6 7/16". So, I think the stretching it working. No pain, no problems.

But, girth is still the same. And I think I've actually worked at it harder than the lengthening. Not ready to spend any money on this yet--Bathmate, etc. Anything else I can try? Or do I just need some patience?
 
Have you tried DLD SLow Squash Jelqs? These will get anyone gaining girth.
 
Nope. I haven't tried those. Just been doing the regular kind. But, I'm open to suggestions so I'll look those up and give them a shot. Thanks!

They really are incredible with girth and they are also a perfect companion for Bathmate work. I am happy you are going to try.
 
I got my Bathmate back in august and superset them with plain ol' jelqs. Gained a good .5" of girth and a quarter of an inch in length.

I still ues my Bathmate but now I use SSJs or do horse squeezes with a clamp on. My dick last night was 6 1/8" in temp. girth, and this morning my dick was just shy of the 6" mark. Normally, I'm 5.6" around.

Unlike regular jelqing, which "might" work depending on your technique, Bathmate itself will work. All you do is fill it up with water, preferably warm, lube the gator and pump the water out and let the Bathmate do the rest. Then you take it off after like 5 minutes, and do 5 minutes of a manual girth exercise for 3 sets. Bathmate also gives amazing head gains, so you can develop that mushroom head women love.

Most importantly, do your kegels. You could have gained, but it just isn't filling up. Say you have 6 x 5: your dick is used to engorging just that size dick. Now, let's say you've gained 1/4" in girth. if you've been jelqing and stretching(should give some girth too) and NOT doing kegels, your dick more likely will fill it up just as if it were 6 x 5 and not 6 x 5.25. get what I'm saying? Kegels are extremely important in developing AND supporting a penis' erection, especially as it begins to expand girth wise. And trust me, a quarter of an inch of girth is much more significant than a quarter of an inch in length when it comes to blood capacity.

Search up kegels and start with a beginner routine; it really doesn't take too long to reap the benefits. You may even see more girth a couple of weeks into it just because your dick is engorged to its maximum capacity.
