Based advice, but what about guys with foreskin?In this photo you can see how far I am stretched compared to photo 1 in the above post.
The curve upward is not the result of my peyronie's condition since I am not erect here
and is from the way I loaded my penis into the device. But it is however good for stretching
from the base of your penis.
You can also see the Velcro front piece that I am using which gives a way better fit
to my penis than the harder plastic strap I was using before. Once I am in the device
I can re-adjust the strap a lot looser and it will still hold my penis firm without slipping.

Never used this technique, but I have the hood intact. What I would do, is pull it back, and wrap as described/shown.

It’s totally necessary and something every uncut guy needs to get through. You got to retract the foreskin and get used to it, overtime the sensitivity will go down and you’ll reap the benefits of lengthening your penis not your foreskin.
