There have been times in my own penis enlargement career that I have gotten ahead of myself, or become kind of lost in the training I am doing. It can happen after using a routine for a long time or it can happen to more advanced Penis Enlargement'ers when the exercise they are using has become so complex and specialized, it is missing the mark in basics.

Now I understand how important equipment is, I know how much guys love to clamp, or how much you depend on your pump, etc. I also how much you treasure the more advanced exercises that are available but there is always a time a a place to strip down and go back to basics and this is to establish, or should I say, reestablish a foundation in rudimentary penis enlargement.

Sometimes a week or two back to basics can reset and realign your trajectory for success. It also serves to help remember the basics and how valuable they can be even to the longest vet. For me it sets a baseline to make a new entrance into an advanced routine. For me it will be SRT as the advanced routine. But, before I start again, I will start with basics, plain and simple. This will bring me back to me roots, allow me to realign myself to the basic mechanics of penis enlargement.

For me it is always the same routine for the same amount of time. The Newbie Routine for 14 days. Understand this a beginning step in my own SRT routine. During the next two weeks I will practice basic Penis Enlargement, start writing my diet and begin to implement the first stages of SRT, finding where I am at and where I want to go. This year I am about 40 pounds too heavy, so I want to drop that weight. I am happy with my size for the most part but I would like to see a drastic improvement in non-bone-pressed length and as I stated earlier, I want to also increase the width of my penis. Goal are modest this year but I am getting older:) I am very excited to start the actual SRT routine (with a few modifications) and I can't wait to lose this weight. I said I would never do it again but I may go back on my promise and take some pictures before and after this years transfiguration, transformation and any other special thing I find and improve.

No, I am mostly looking for better eq, better non-bone pressed measurement, visual differences due to getting in better shape. I am also looking to add more width.
 
What NBPenis EnlargementL and EG you aiming for

10" nbp would be perfect. Girth, I am not really looking to get bigger more than wider, possibly shift the girth from depth to width. I will concentrate of isolation and flattening of the tissue. A solid .25" width gain would be incredible, but .125" would be expectable.

How much do you need to gain in both dimensions?

I must admit I think it's awesome you're always improving the quality of life with a strong work ethic!

I need it! I have let myself go this year with all the bullshit I have been through. I really need this cycle and I want to really get myself back in tip-top shape physically but also sexually. EQ, as you get older, becomes weaker. As I get up in my years I find the increased importance of Erection Quality exercise so I will also address that. Further, as you know, this is the first year I will be doing this without the psychological medications. So far so good my man, I have to say. I know you get concerned and I have to really say, I have been stable. Oct. 1 came and went, the hypomania is setting in but I am ready to take full control of it and I have all my safety nets in order:)

That it, when I step back right now there are things I want to change and improve. The big picture is me gracefully making the transition from Father to Grandfather:) I have 6 weeks till my Son has his Son so I am using that as my beacon in my attempts to, once again, prove that in 6 weeks you can change EVERYTHING. This is why I wanted to take pictures, at least for myself. I may post them but I made a promise to someone I would no longer do nude work, which included any new photos. I am starting to question that true worth of that promise as the person I made it to is no longer in my life. With that said, I will consider it if I can speak with the person I made the promise.

I'll race my BPenis EnlargementL vs your NBPenis EnlargementL! Though I haven't figured out what the prize should be.:)

You will beat me! Gaining length at this point is ridiculous for me, I mean the temptation is there but come on? How far does one take this? At one point my goals were centered around what the public thought, what people expected of me, I don't know, I guess my priorities changed. I am very lucky to have the size I do. If the next Mrs. Salvini is a Size Queen, well perhaps you will have a bet!

Oh yeah, are you looking for width only and not depth?

Width only, but now that you say it, I don't want to lose depth. I will reconsider my exercise list.

Yes indeed, actually a bit better at 10.25 Non Bone Pressed from the best of the best measurements at my leanest time last year:) Hep you need to understand that my bi-polar disorder has the potential to add up to 80 pounds during the depressive parts. If I did not have such strict discipline I would be a hot, fat mess. I have gained about 1" in my fat pad area (*ashamed*), but I am sure you noticed I was a bit chubbier in my latest youtube videos. Well that all changes starting, well soon.:)
