A Lot of it is fluid, and back when I did it I used too high pressure. I used my mouth for a pump. When you take it out of the tube the pressure is gone but you are still bigger than normal for at least several hours. Plus probably an extra 1/4" or so for a couple days.

But your dick is bloated looking and no aesthetic IMO.

instead of a hand pump or whatever, I just sucked on the end of the tube or used tubing, sucked air through and pinched the tubing to keep the pressure

I used to be able to do that too, but not much. If I even had average flexibility (When I try to touch my toes I can barely touch my calves) I could do that easily.
