Hey everyone. I have been focusing on girth (on and off) for about 4 years, mostly through using the bathmate and jelqing.

I've seen great results, around .5" more length and girth overall, and much better flaccid hang which is a great feeling haha.

But most of my girth gains have come in the form of 'width' rather than 'depth' if you know what I mean. So looking down at my cock, it's gotten bigger from left to right, but if I look side-on it's still about the same as when I started.

I know there's a lot of people on here with better understanding of targeting specific goals than me. Does anyone with good knowledge of the anatomy/exercises have any ideas for how I might get more 'depth'? :)
 
For me, squeezes that involve the glans help expand the belly of the penis. Squeeze at the base and squeeze the glans at the same time. For the advanced guy, a slow squash jelq, or clamped wall presses are other examples. I demonstrate the clamped wall press on my support forum under the "Penis Clamp " sub forum in the videos. The development of high EQ should be considered for maximum girth. Even if your stamina for sexual activity is adequate, you'll want to go far above that for the purposes of enlargement in order to induce maximum tissue stretch and blood flow. This- combined with exercises like Squeezes, SSJs, etc. will give you maximum girth.

Thanks also Big Al. Have been gaining girth well overall, but just don't want to put more on the sides, I'm worried about my dick turning into a flat-but-wide shape instead of a nice round salami :O
 
Some have noted success with shaping movements like the V-Jelq (performed horizontally) for developing depth.
 
Change your grip up, if you gained width with the current grip, rotate it 90 degrees to the left for a set and then to the right to focus the pressures elsewhere. i wouldnt worry about the shape as thats aesthetics, as long as your somewhat proportionate its not going to matter when it comes time to play ball and she sees the size of the bat swinging at her.

You can do a side version of the compression squeezes. Instead of flattening against the width, flatten against the depth. The same change will apply only it will be depth instead of width.

I'd been thinking of trying some of Redzulu's Frendo's so maybe I'll try some of those but side-on, see how that goes.

im hosed then, ill have dark hair until i croak per genetics on both sides. not even salt and pepper. Ahh well could be worse :D.

Good chance I'll never be wise either!! Lol, I don't know if it's the small amount of Cherokee blood in me, or my don't give a Fuck attitude.....but, 34, and pulled my first, single gray hair, the other day!! Couldn't find any others! My poor wife, is almost 26, and she's far from gray......but if you look close, they're sneaking in!!

I was about suggesting the Redzulu's Frendo for you. This is something I intend doing once I get to 7 inches girth.
