hey guys, im just wondering if getting off will alter your gains, because i havent came in about 5 days and when i start to do a session i get really close to cumming and i have to back off.

so i guess im saying, should someone get off before a stretching session so he doesnt have to worry about getting off quickly?
 
I have never read anything that even begins to convince me that cumming hinders gains. However I'd suggest too much of anything isn't good for you.
 
I got myself paranoid about this and only before 2006 got out of the worry.
Cumming before or after a session wont harm your gains, I used to think it lowered your testosterone levels because I was told this but I have found nothing medical that would back this theory up. Dont worry about it.

Red this is not correct. After coming testosterone levels actually go up.
I will go a little technical on this but after coming there is less sperm in the testies. This automatically causes a release of Follicle Stimualing Hormone from the pituary gland in the brain to tell your testies to start producing more sperm. FSH also tells the testies to produce testosterone so you can not lose there.
The other thing that could be done in this instance is to do the pe in the morning when hormone levels are at the peak generally hormone levels start to drop after about 9 am.
 
it aint matter. I say its a load of bullshit if you think cumming, anytype of it affects gains. It got nothing to do with it.

That being said, I feel the need to make a few points on this issue:

As you can see, there are ways around this issue.

I am aware of the Chinese study that shows a spike in testosterone levels after 7 days of abstinence. What I don't understand is why so many men, after reading this study, would subject themselves to abstinance in the hope of making gains! If you read through the study, you'll note (as guyeh7 stated) where it states: "No regular fluctuation was observed following continuous abstinence after the peak." It should also be noted that additional testosterone in your bloodstream will not increase your penis size if you are a healthy adult.

Do you wish to raise your testosterone and growth hormone levels at will? EXERCISE! Regular exercise, especially intense whole body exercises like squats and deadlifts, will raise your testosterone and GH levels.

Ejaculate is composed of seminal plasma and [by a small percentage of volume] sperm. The actual hormonal content in semen is quite small.

Most professionals agree that a healthy sex life INCREASES hormonal output. The genitourinary system is like any other set of organs in the body- use it or lose it!

If you're trying to maximize penile blood flow, you should try to avoid consuming caffeine and other vasoconstrictors. Theses substances will cause much more harm to your progress than any ejaculation would! If you need to consume these substances, do so several hours before or after your Penis Enlargement session.
