Finally wear extender without wrapping for hours. Best for uncut.

Difficult for me to wrap for I am uncut.
I tried to wear the extender by using the following :
1. Silicon sleeve small size of 3 inches in length.
2. Foam pad.
3. Wrap my penis with cotton strips and ace bandage.

But all use less because :

1. The fore skin comes forward and my penis slips off from the extender when wrapped.
2. With silicon sleeve and foam pad. When i tight the strap of my extender the skin under the frenulum constricts and pains like hell to wear the extender.

Guys now the best way is here. Most comfortable.

I am using this sleeve with my extender and its very comfortable. No problem with the fore skin and frenulum. This sleeve purchased from ab silicone.

Wow, very smart set up! I am so happy this is working for you and I think it is a worthy practice to share with others. We are always looking for better ways to use the SizeGenetics and this looks like a very valid attachment. Good work Brother!

this is a top idea im buying one of these on payday to try it out, it looks awesome. how long do you wear it for??
im using the sg and vlc combo which ive worn for 2 hours and it was still comfortable no pain or anything, i just dont like the stretching the foreskin with the vlc it really puts me off. Ive been down the route of using the velcro strap with the sg but the the wrapping and unwrapping all the time is a pain in the ass lol plus it was still painfull no matter how much i wrapped lol this could be the answer to my prayers lol cheers mate

try it and see how much it works for you. It's a good idea I have worn this with an extender for around 70 minutes. Never tried above that.

This method will work perfectly in the SizeGenetics, it is very clever.

As I'm looking into buying an extender (probably the Size genetics) i'm reading some topics.
What are these sleeves doing, is this just a replacement for the wrapping?
And what size is needed?
Is the blood circulation still good with this?

Yes, the silicon sleeves are basically a replacement for an UJW using an Ace bandage. If you are going to buy an extender I would highly suggest you get a vac extender or at least the vac attachment combined with the Size Genetics. The Size Genetics itself does not have a very good way of attaching, but it is great as far as extenders go otherwise, so if you get a good vacuum based attachment you will be able to log in hundreds of hours without being too bothered.

What vac attachment is there to buy to combine with the size genetics? (link?)
I was reading about the vac's leaving blisters.
I also saw a cool looking vac extender named size doctor, but don't know if this is a good one.

So if anyone can help me out here, am already reading but there are so many topics.

You can use either the VLC or the Phallosan with the SizeGenetics as a main attachment.

If you are referring to the SizeGenetics, going more than an hour is not suggested. Every hour it should be taken off and blood circulation should be checked.

Wow, thanks for the info DLD. . I really had no idea whatsoever!Usually wear mine for 2 hours on a stretch (no pun intended).

You roll it up, place it up against the tip of your head and roll it back on like you would do with a condom. Only problem i found with this particular product from absilicone is that it is solid at one end and isn't very 'deep', so when it is on it only covers the glans and a fraction of the shaft, therefore when strapping into the SG i found the glans would get squished by the strap & be uncomfortable, but that's just my personal experience.

I bought the hollow sleeve they listed on their site for use when pumping and used it with the SG instead and found it to be a lot more comfortable. Really easy to put on too, just roll it up, get hard, hold the skin back/tight so it doesn't bunch/pinch and roll it on like a condom then roll it back over onto itself from the top & it creates a double layer under the glans where you strap in & it is super comfy! I've had my extender for a couple years now & was never able to wear it for more than an hour at most but with this method i can wear it for hours on end without a break now!

I have a progress log which shows it in use if you need a visual, I think it's on the 2nd or 3rd last page.

The strap is meant to go behind the glans but when i tried the silicone sleeve pictured in the original post i found i couldn't do that (strap behind the glans) very well & it was uncomfortable, my head felt squished and the edge of the velcro strap was resting right on the ridge. But as i said, that was just my own personal experience with it. I had bought both the manual sleeve (capped end) and the one that was labelled to use when pumping (hollow tube) when i placed my order & just found that the hollow tube was easier to use, for me anyway.

I had tried this in the first days of my extender. First my glans got squeezed with the strap but later on I put the sleeve more inside and was comfortable.

Finally wear extender without wrapping for hours. Best for uncut.
