Hi guys,

I need your help. I has a problem with my cock because i can't get my erection to work. You need to go see a doctor and find out what is causing the ED, once your figure that out and can get erections again we can work on strengthening them and making you bigger.

I think stretches and an ADS helps initially. But stimulants kill my EQ. Caffeine, nicotine and 1,3 dimethylamylamine in the same day and I can't hold wood for shit.

First you have to stop doing vacuum pump it might damage your men genitals which lead to a major problem. Why don't you try to find male enhancement pills that safe and effective that met your needs.
 
Believe me all, ED is more mental than anything else. I know myself. I am a 20 year old male. I've been having EQ issues ever since I turned 18 or so. I kegeled, took some pills did lots of stuff... . I think it's worth to mention that the kegels were the only thing that worked and this improved my EQ with another additional 5 % or so. Lately, I've stopped watching ���� and masturbating that often and believe me I can see the change myself. Pills are no solution to me. There are 2 reasons why you have low EQ
-1- you have PC muscle issues or are overdoing it with masturbation
-2- you have mental issues (anxiety, everyday stress, ���� desentitising)

Thanks for the reply guys, sorry if I have reply so late. I definitely have an erectile dysfunction. When I watched on ����, it made my penis to go erection but it didn't go hard enough. It is looks like a weakness. You never had any problem. It was fatigue from the pump that weakened your erection because you were a newbie and might have used a pump without a gauge to pump at too high of a pressure.
