Hi!I'm a newbie here and I'm gonna start trying out the newbie routine today.Can anyone explain to me what "Behind the cheeks" in the routine mean?

Also,does soaking the penis in warm water for 5 minutes constitute a warm up? Thanks :)
 
How I see and do the behind the cheeks is where I grab my penis by the glans from behind me. Stand up, reach behind then under the right leg with right hand and pull penis backwards to the right. Then same thing with left hand behind left leg.

I do this the same way LMAO
 
I do the 3 angles of BTC stretches.

I put one leg up on a table just the right height. You can use a short end table or a really tall table, a chair, whatever.

So I reach under the lifted leg, flip the penis upside down under the butt, get a good stretching grip, and pull straight back between the butt cheeks. Literraly along touching the crack...

When new I did 30 seconds and worked up to a full minute. Dld says these and rotaries are the most effective basic stretches so I added extra into my length routine, in my sig.

I then do a 2nd stretch straight out the side under the lifted leg. I curl or roll the penis up under my leg and bend it around the leg curve as I pull. Its kinda like a fulcrum stretch using my leg. This combo/mod I have nicknamed my "dogleg" stretch due to the fulcrum around the lifted leg...

Switch legs up.

Side stretch again, dogleg...

True btc back stretch again.

Look up dlds "lazy ass stretch" Imagine, if you were to tuck your penis backwards under you between your butt cheeks and sit on it... this is the hand stretch version of that. Pulling straight back under the crack of the butt. Also the side versions out under the legs are just the btc side angles.
