Hi,

I'm just wondering if P.e works for everyone.
Is there anyone here that no matter how intesene or how many days you p.e in a row you can't seem to gain?

I've been working my ass off for the last 7 months mainly working on my girth and I've only gained 5mm. Is that normal?

I don't see what I can be doing wrong. I believe I do everything right.
I think If i would push myself any farther in a work out id injur myself.

Man, that is such a hard question to answer. The only thing I can think of, Bazooka, is that you might be, in your particular case, using the wrong routine or set of exercises.

I always wondered which movement gave me the gains in length and which gave me the gains in girth. But since I was jelqing, stretching and edging like crazy 24/7 one to two hours a day, for better than four months, (God only knows, this is anecdotal and not scientific), I can't say for sure what caused me to make such rapid gains.

I'm in to the holistic or whole body way of thinking regarding P.E. I think if you approach P.E. doing all of the natural exercises, you WILL gain. I never used a pump and never tried hanging. I don't think DLD did either when he made his most dramatic gains.

But I knew an Aussie at Thunder's who went from 4+ inches to 7+ inches BPenis EnlargementL during his first year, and all these increases came from hanging. (He and I started P.E. in October of "04.)

So you see, Bazooka, we're all different. Anyway, I hope many members chime in here to give you their feedback.

But just to repeat, I do not think P.E. works quite like bodybuilding where you can "isolate" one muscle group to work on that particular muscle group. But I haven't done any research on the differences between the penis and the various muscles of the human body.

Just my opinion based on my experience.

goinfor has given you a real good answer. Just because you lift weights doesn't mean that your going to develop a body like Arnold. Penis Enlargement is the same basic concept, it is a function of the individual. I realize that I am not on this forum very often, kind of busy as a mod on another forum, but I like to bounce over here and see what is going on. I always appreciate when good advice is given, and that is what goinfor has done. The main concept is don't worry about everyone else, worry about yourself, and perform Penis Enlargement in a dedicated, consistent, and intense manner.

Ok fellas.

I can definitely agree comparing body buidling and p.e, is like comparing apples and oranges. Two different things. To me and for me atleast. If i were to dedicate 7 months to body building like I have been doing p.e, my results would be out of this world.

I've tried many routines.. and nothing has really worked for me. I've been on a clamping routine for around a month or so and when I'm finished clamping I'm most of the time at a soild 5-1/4 in girth midshaft and a lil over that at the base ( unclamped),but that's only temp girth. I read someone that one should look for gains with clamping after 3 months so ,I'll continue doing what i'm doing for the time being.

I would defnitely say that I'm a slow gainer. It doesn't matter how light or intense and consistent my routine is. It's crazy.

Thanks for the input guys.

I'm feeling pretty lucky. After my first month of only doing kegels, I've got about a half inch of length gained, but this is most certainly due solely to the improvement of my EQ. All the same, it is extremely motivating and I'm going to keep up Penis Enlargement to maintain that at the very least, and I've begun DLD's beginner's routine to earn some real gains now that I feel that I am a real candidate for it.

I think most of the "slow gainer" theories I've heard come from those who aren't consistent enough. I think some, such as BazookaJoe, are consistent and still have hard times gaining. After consistently following a routine for months (missing only a few days max), it really just comes down to genetics. I remember following a guy's routine who said he gained 1/2" in length after three months. I followed it to a T, and may have gained 1/8".

Yeah it might be souly genetics, but I have no clue. I can't explaine it. It took me damn near 7 months to gain 1/4x1/4. I'm still 7-1/4 measured with a cloth tape but My girth is back at 5.

Lifes a bitch! LMAO
