Hey everyone! I’m new and where I stay pretty busy I haven’t had much time to research the other threads. So I apologize if I ask something that has been answered elsewhere.

I am 31 years old and would like to gain girth and a little bit of length would be nice too. What routine would be best to start with? Also, I was wanting to post a pic to get opinions on what I should aim for. Is there a place I’m missing where I can do that?

Thanks for the help and I’m excited to get started. I have always felt a little insecure about my penis and over the last few years I have worked hard on my confidence and feel I’m at a good place to begin PE.

Hello and welcome to the Brotherhood! There are two places to start, The Newbie Routine if you want to go completely manual or SRT if you want to work with tools also. Both a great workouts, SRT is better in everyday but many like to start out on the Newbie Routine. Your insecurities are about to vanish and your confidence will be huge, just like you dick! Pictures are not working as we are updating the forum. I believe this will be repaired any time now. I will make an announcement.

Welcome to MOS. Yes, start with the newbie routine but also buy the length master to accelerate the gains you will be making from the newbie routine.

Excellent. When you are ready you can graduate to SRT.
