Just like manual stretching, the tissues you stretch depend entirely on the angle you are tugging at. The higher the angle, the more tunica you are stretching. Conversely, the lower the angle, the more ligament stretching is involved. Right now, I am stretching the f*ck out of my tunica doing straight out hanging with a pulley (Dash's Hardcore Hanging). Does hanging stretch the tunica? Yes, but like GM said it depends on the angle. Upwards is targeting more of the tunicae while downwards is aiming more for the ligs. I've found however that vacuum hangers target both tunicae and ligs in either angle as the way it attaches to the penis somehow enables it to get a stretch on both the tunicae and ligs, so I would advise you buy a vacuum hanger when you can as these are much more comfortable and can kill two birds with one stone.

Also the following pe slang is something you must learn and understand.

BTC = Behind the cheek and is hanging downwards so it goes in the direction of one's arse cheeks and targets the ligs as their max because this downward angle is the most extreme we could use. Ligs hit here.

OTS = Over the shoulder and is hanging upwards over the shoulder or like some do instead of and use a pulley system on the ceiling. Tunicae targetted here.

Their is more slang to know or want to know with regards to hanging but I think those two are the main methods used.
 
So Red, did you finally buy a vacuum hanger? Or are you going off testimonial with what you said? I have been interested in the vacuum hanger, and was wondering how well it grips internal structures.
 
Yes I have one and what I said is from my experiences with it.
Grips the internals much better than anyother hanger I've ever used before, no skin stretch like in the bib-type hangers.

Wow, that is truly amazing! I thought the Bib Starter does an excellent job of grasping the internals, but like you said, some skin inevitably gets stretched...more than I'd like. How much weight can you hang from the vacuum hanger, and for how long?
 
I've been using the Max-Vac for about 2 weeks now and the most I've been able to hang is 8lbs but for 2 hours straight. The fluid buildup takes some getting used to, but I got in another hour straight at 5 lbs after about 15 minutes of warming down. I've hanged for 5.5 hours in one day at 5 lbs with sets as long as 3 hours straight. I got in 3.5 hours straight today at 5 lbs and am aiming now for about 5-6 hours for the day. There is no skin stretch like with other hangers and I have to say that it is much more comfortable than vice style hangers. I can't say how much one could hang with this, but 10 lbs is too much so far for me anyway. I can't get a seal to stay, but that's me.
 
Hmm, I'm not really looking for marathon sets, I was more looking for a better way to do Hardcore Hanging. Ten pounds is the most I've heard anyone hang from one of those things. I would need more to be Hardcore (excuse the rhyme).
 
I don't think it's neccessary to " literally hang " for so many hours, I think just enough to get the cells split maybe 30 min -1 hour and then to keep it open to heal with and ADS, no doubt literally hanging weights for many hours will help keeping that stretch, but the same can be done with an(again) ADS, besides, hanging for that long is probably very not only physically but mentally stressful, not being able to move or run around for that long like your sleeping or something, just waiting to get a good stretch in, for which is along time(Iwant8inches) I stretch with my vac for about 45 mins, and then thrown on my ADS for approx. another 4-6 hours which I was told is minimium if you look to achieve results like or Penis Enlargement heros, anyway , just my thoughts :)
 
That's interesting sweets, but I don't have an ADS right now. I wish I did, but my ADS from autoextender.com is broken so I am looking to do this as long as possible. I have an autoextender, but walking around with that thing on is only possible for me for 1 hour at a time and even then it gets pretty painful without much blood going to the penis. I'll see how this goes though as it is only going on 3 weeks this saturday I believe that I'd have been using the MVac.
 
I dont use the max-vac but another vacuum hanger that hasnt been released yet as I'm helping to test it but I've gone 15lbs on it no worries but hang with 10lbs reguler at the moment. You dont need to hang massive amounts anyway. All will be revealed in the months ahead on this new hanger.

Excellent, guys. If you two Vacuum Hanger guys can keep me posted on results, I'd really appreciate that. I would just like to add that I agree with you RED, that massive weights aren't necessary for gains. However, I would like to get good results on a minimal amount of time spent per day. The three hours I was devoting each day to hanging got to be too much, and now I like the one or two sets daily approach, AKA Hardcore Hanging. Dash gained 3" in two years by hanging up to 33+ pounds for only one set, no ADS. Another BIG gainer (probably the biggest hanger-gainer of all time--BIB) used massive amounts of weight for his first set, then dropped as he progressed, and hanged for a long, long, duration each day. I think to some extent, the weight used may be one of the most important aspects to gaining. Granted, I did gain from light weights for a long duration (less than 10 pounds for two hours hang time) I would rather go one Balls-to-the-wall set and achieve similar results.
