I've just stepped back into the world of pe after a little absence, feels good to be back1
Lately I've been thinking it would be nice to put on so girth, so I decided that will be my main focus.
I already have a good girth routine lined up so im good, but what I've been pondering lately is, ''will doing stretching exercises down girth cementing?''
the reason I was thinking it might is because, when you do girth exercises you create little tears in the shaft wich heal bigger and create expansion!
so the longer the you stay expanded the f ast you cement!
but if you go and do length exercises it retracts the girth expansion when you pull out everything tighten intead of staying plump!
get my drift, so ya any opinion would be great! Thanks guys!?:(
 
I don't believe length exercises will slow girth at all. At least I didn't notice this, That is what I noticed and my opinion :). I've read enough about too much girth slowing length gains though, not sure if its true though.
 
I've been doing girth exercises for two years clamping and pumping. But yesterday I got a extender device was difficult getting in it because of wideness of girth on my part. So you know..clamping for girth works.. I'm gonna run a extender routine and clamp session alternation to see if that accomplishes both goals without sacrificing overall volume while performing lengthening exercises.

Hey Powerman, Ya I do a lot girth exercises aswell, but wanna hit up some length, im going to be adding in stretching soon so let me know how the extender goes with the girth!

Indeed, the SizeGenetics is an integral part of gaining length and a HUGE reason it plays such a big role in the SRT Routine (my personal routine). Thanks DLD, I guess a SG is a good idea then, as well as manual stretching.
I have a question for you, if it take long intense stretches to gain length, then why do we gain with manual exercises were the stretch is only 30-60 seconds at best?
I just want to know because im trying to find the best way to attack length and girth at the same time.
Also, I was just thinking about how you said the tunica is only 5% elastic, and it made me realise that when I was doing girth work only a few days a week I didn't really gain,
but when I switched to 5on 2off or 2on 1off all of a sudden I started cementing the expansion.
do you think that to make significant girth gains you need to attack the shaft everyday or at least most of the days in the week?
because once I stopped the cementing stopped!
I shouldn't have stopped, I only did so because I read some were that it wasn't good to work girth everyday, and now I kind of regret it!

Good inflection and smart changes put forth! The SizeGenetics is an incredible Length tool on its own but its real power is in it's ability to quickly, safely and effectively cement gains. I look at it like stretching out a balloon before you blow it up. Try to blow it up before you stretch it and its takes a lot of lung, now stretch it out some and it is now much easier.

I trained length and girth together for 5 months and I made girth gains and a little length gain as well. Length exercises doesn't affect girth gains in any way. I'm now fully focused on girth work.
