I really am looking to focus on girth, I'm around 7.25 NBPEL and Girth fluctuates from 4.9-5" MEG, my goal which I will get is 5.5 (14cm). I wanted to know if it's cool to do Girth Blasters 5 days a week then take weekends off or if that is to much. My routine lately has been Stretching then Girth Blasters routine on Monday, Wednesday, Friday but I'm thinking I need to up the levels I'm thinking 3 days a week is more a maintenance schedule.

I do them 7 days a week! I also do just the SSJ's, throughout the day, several times a day. If you're not conditioned, and just starting out, then maybe you could start out taking a day or two off a week. Just listen to your body......and don't do anything, just because somebody else does. Everybody is different!

You can as well increase intensity by switching over to pumping. Grab the hydromax X40 if you can and follow the girth part of the SRT routine. I hope this helps.

The SlowSquashJelq is a far superior exercise to my Girth Blasters. The SRT SizeBlasters are also superior. What is best though would be the SRT BathMate/SlowSquashJelq 5x5x3.

Yes.....I'm sorry! I was having a moment I guess......that's what I'm doing.....Bathmate/Slow Squash Jelq...5x5x3....and just the Slow Squash Jelq, through the day! Sorry for any confusion....and thanks for clearing that up DLD!

I'm thinking to do 5x10x3 but most people seem to do 5x5x3

If you can handle it go for it! I always advise to add to intensity or repetition if you are able.

It's best to train 7 days of the week if you don't feel any pain or too much fatigue. off days are enemies of PE

My Advice is always:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
