After gaining my first inch with the Sizegenetics my gains have somewhat stalled. I am tempted to taking days off more and more. When I do manual exercises the next day I still get that 'worn' feeling now.
Would taking days off further stall my Gains or would it actually help.
The recommended usage by the various extender manufacturers advises against this, but what's the theory here?

Also I haven't gained any girth yet, I will probably order a Bathmate soon,
but from the expectations and testimonials, calculators (yeah I know :s ) I should have gained 1/4 inch.
 
About 4 months now, I use it between 2 and 12 hours a day on the extremes with something like 5 on average.
 
u caught an inch in 4 months? is this an inch erect length or just flaccid. no stretching or any other Penis Enlargement?
 
Pretty much extender only yes.
Its a BPenis EnlargementL measurement but it's more a optimistic, I can reach the mark sometimes if I try really really hard. I would say a realistic 3/4 inch gain, it depends on how you look at it...

No suggestions yet?
 
Do some manual stretches for a while. You're body adapts (gets used) to things, so you have to mix it up when you plateau.
 
4 months with between 2-12 hours daily and you have 3/4-1 inch gains is tremendous and you should be grateful for that. Gains will slow for awhile obviously otherwise everyone would be growing forever and never stop. Rest days wont harm progress or lose you anything either. I would suggest you go with more intensity and with the extender thats using more tension or longer rods for a stronger stretch.

Do that and keep in a minimum of 2 hours each-day and if you want rest than take 1-3 days per week. If you can be motivated enough also throw in some Blue_Whale stretches to target the suspensory ligament or DLD 'A' stretch blasters ... these will keep fatiguing the ligaments and ramp up the intensity again. Hey if you have a hanger around or are creative enough to make your own (Check hanging section and sticky thread by Kingsnake) I suggest doing that and also combining hanging with the extender and some Manuel stretches when you can.

Doesn't have to be hours and hours each-day either. The extender is setup and go really, same with the hanger once its on ... the user is juts sitting doing nothing for the most part. You do this and the intensity has increased which will work that penis more.
 
If you are doing this well with the extender I would not change that, I would add in some manual stretching as this may surprise the penis into new growth. Also, you may want to look into some expressive stretching...this can really change the game.

Thanks, yeah I will probably order a Bathmate next month.

Not that I ain't satisfied to with my gains, they are def. there. It's more like a psych. issue, reading what I could have gained according to the 'Richard' testimonial. That's about half of that gain, with nearly identical starting stats.. the "I could have that right now" bugs me a little.. also I miss the subjective size increase yet, I guess I will stick to this 'hobby' longer than expected since I haven't had any "omfg I really have a huge one" moments yet ;)

I ain't living the healthiest lifestyle though, and everyone is different so its ok I guess.

The reason why I created this thread is that I haven't gained any measureable amount in the last month so I thought it would be time to improve something...
 
Sometimes Smartie there will be a plateau period where gains slow or stop, this is where many guys give up, but just beyond these plateaus are new gains waiting...keep the faith, pick up the intensity and stay motivated!
