Okay, finally a week into wearing it consistently thanks to the small silicone sleeve that works the way the PF condoms should have.

First, I may have brought this up in another thread but figure I'll start here. I'm a year and a half into prostate massaging, absolute bliss. Lots of times when I get turned on I precum a lot. Now whether I'm in the glans cap or just the bell, should this be an issue of concern? What I'm worried about is the moisture and fluid in there for hours at a time.

Second, does anyone switch sides when stretching? Good bad or neither? I finally had to today as stretching it to the left was causing a good bit of discomfort.

Finally, after using this I'm thinking that the less the head is in the bell the better. Sometimes the head and a bit below gets caught up and my thinking is you're not really stretching the whole penis if the majority of what gets stretched is OUTSIDE of the bell. Is this logic correct?

That should not be an issue at all, no worries there.

It is always a good idea to switch sides to make equal gains. Going too much to one side can result in uneven ligaments which will cause a slat in the penis. Go half and half, any discomfort will work its way out.

DLD tell me this, is it enough to simply be stretched without much tension or does there need to be constant tension?

I only ask because at one point, the only real feeling I get is the soft ring beginning to irritate my skin after it's been there a while. I really don't feel any tension on my penis itself, though obviously it is being stretch. Generally it's been in the green since I started, easing myself into the exercise.

I think both have their place, shorter periods of intense work and longer periods of low tension sessions. The short sessions will serve to break down the tissue while the longer sessions will be used to heal in an elongated size.
 
Hmm, okay, would you suggest out of say a fifteen hour day at least two half hour periods with the intense stretching?

I'm also on the verge of buying the X30 so I'm sure that'll help as well as lock things in.

Definitely, Favor the side that will straighten the bend. Maybe a 2 to 1 ratio.
 
DLD could you elaborate on the intense stretching suggestion? That is if it needs it, as I can be dense at times:}

Oh I meant what kind of exercise could I implement with the PF... Like because I feel at one point it stretches with and without tension... So out of ten hours say, would it be good to let it just be stretched for the majority and then split an hour here and there with higher tension?

I would reset tension every hour to keep it high and stretching with intensity. Maybe towards the end of the hours, maybe at the 7th hour you can allow it to loosen on the tension and allow yourself to remain in an elongated state to bring about healing.
 
Hmm, okay, yeah I noticed that after a while my glans are barely in the bell but I'm still attached and being stretched with a good bit of intensity. I suppose with light tension any gains would take longer right?

Well light tension does have its place in healing but intensity is very important in gaining. Have a good read through SRT on the subjects of active and passive gaining.

@doublelongdaddy - Haha, if by notch you mean the round marks the X30 leaves around my guy and his friends, then yes, the notches are quite visible for a bit after using it!

So far so good, been putting in the hours with the PF and finally getting the hang of it, though again having to worry about the condom issues kinda sucks. But because it's a passive workout it's prompting me to stay consistent with the X30. So far I've just been doing two 15 to 20 minutes sessions with a break in between, just getting back into the swing of things. I'm going to start looking into the supps, again, and soon manual exercises.

Ironically I haven't been wearing the PF to bed the last few nights as I'm such a light sleeper it disrupts my night. But as I've been getting around ten hours at least, generally a lot more, I figure that's more than enough!

That is to say, not complaining:} Wish there was a way to deal with my balls to keep them from being sucked in, as I could definitely complain about that. I'll have to explore the threads of course to see about the options again, though I definitely don't want to have to tie em up or anything!

I think one of the keys I found was to just ease your way up to pressure. I find that if I try to go to make pressure too quickly then I have a much higher likelihood of getting my balls sucked in. Also, stop and adjust the position carefully before adding pressure; if you need to face the shower head and tilt it forward to ensure it is full of water (captured from running down hour abdomen) and then adjust it to ensure it is centered left and right and directly under your shaft.
