Sounds like a good plan. I always hear from the veteran pumpers like borninfigi that the more you use vacuum the less fluid is a problem. I have given myself excessive amounts of fluid in the past (using my xtreme), but it always dissipates in a few hours around three
 
Where is the most common places you get retention? For me it's the gland and the frenulum area (this spot is the hardest to get rid of)
 
That's the most persistent spot man, but I usually get it through the length of my shaft. I usually start by massaging the shaft until that part deflates, and leaves somewhere for the top fluid to go. Then I squeeze around the tip there until I get the most out, and then move it out of the shaft all the way down to my fat pad. Like that just work it in sections
 
If you have lots of fluid you need to be gentle because the internal pressure, but using heat will alleviate some of the discomfort plus help everything get moving. At certain point I see the fluid isn't going too much, and I just let it soak up by itself

All works well. Some men take on water so much easier than others. I can go a total of 10 minutes before fluid sets in. I prefer 5 minutes, as directed in SRT, but my max would be 10 minutes.
 
^On the first xtreme set I can do ten minutes with virtually zero fluid, but the second set does need to be five, and with as little as those two sets i can reach max engorgement.
 
See I have the similar problem with phallosan I had surgery on my bladder so I took some time off, the first day did two sets of two hours no retention, the next day did one set of two hours and another set of almost 5 by mistake Little retention but it was easy to get rid of, today first set of two hours got retention went away, second set of two hours same thing but took an hour to get rid of, third set couldn't finish the full two hours wahhh

It takes time to get up to those levels without retention, just keep making adjustments until you can get a straight 8 hours in. This would be ideal as you could use overnight, while sleeping.
 
Do you think it safe and possible to get up to 10 hours straight of continuous wearing? In their clinical trial the guys doing 10 hours saw the best results and fastest

Absolutely, if you dont have to pee, you cna go for as long as you want from my experience.
 
Did subjects wear it on low-medium tension, or nah? I think huge girth is averaging nine hours per day

From what I read it was medium-high for 9hrs with the best results.
Huge-girth seems like from yesterday he quit the PF forever as it broke and he called it crap device
 
I wear mine for only about month so I cant teel, but the device works great for me.
To this day it never broke anything, all my sleeves work perfect, none of them ripped.

I do medium-high averag. 6-11hrs/day
 
Yeah I know girth was using the phallogenetics on high beam so much that all his sleeves broke
 
Thank you, yeah looks like that would rip the PF sleeves very easily using this method.
 
Definitely pay attention and still take it off to check and massage. I get over 15 hours a day, depending on how long I sleep, with medium- high tension attached to my knee so it's in constant movement. I take it off to piss and massage then put it right back on. The colors have all been rubbed off of my gauge. Not having to pee is good but not being ready for the strain will end up hurting you and then your down until you heal. Always check it and be sure. A blister can form without knowing and then your screwed. Even being accustomed to it doesn't mean anything. Your body can just feel different one day and you don't know, so you leave it and then when you take if off, your screwed. Just do things safely, intensity will follow, no worries brother.
