I don't remember reading about this in the SRT or maybe i skipped it,how long should i wear the cock ring for after my girth work?Right now im using it for 30 minutes,then take it off..for a minute or so..and then i put it back on for another 30 minutes...should i wear it longer?

I think that's to retain bathmate pumps. If you get lots of expansion from your girth routine then you need to wear it for as long as you are "fluffed", so as to heal in a srt way.

I don't think c rings have magic cementing properties, but anything you can do to drag out expansion and keep you expanded longer is going to accelerate girth gains for sure

Where as long as you can keep the expansion. If expansion starts to fade get a quick 5 minute set of SlowSquashJelqs in and attach the ring again. You can do this as many times as you like. Temp. expansion kept for long periods of time will lead to faster permanent change.

I wear one during my girth work and bathmate sessions and it gets me super expanded. I love it. I wear it for an hour or two after unless I'm planning on having sex. It takes a while for the ring indentation to fade.

I try to wear a cock ring for as much of the day as possible, especially after girth work. The Powerballs by Oxballs is the only ring I can really stand to wear for that long--highly recommend it.

Yeah. It's like a mini clamp. It gets me really veiny and expanded when I do all my squeezes for girth work. And yes, I also wear it during a bathmate session. I wear a small silicone one that came in a set of 3 from amazon.

Similarily, I wear a clamp for extended periods of time to maintain the bulge and have the smiles and stares continue through the day.

Yes, a light clamp would work very much like a cock ring and keep that expansion around long enough to secure girth gains.

I hour is perfectly fine. You can as well take it off and do some SSJ every 30 mins.
