I need help. I posted a couple of months ago about a busted vein that I received from girth work I wasn't prepared for here (with pic). I took the advice of all that replied and waited a couple of weeks before I started training again. The vein seemed to heal and I felt all was well. Since then, I have kept pretty consistent (modified Phase I), with no pain or problems. Recently, I've been noticing that the area on my shaft where the busted vein was is constantly sprouting red spots and harsh bruises during every girth session. I felt that it had healed and I took a good bit of time off but now, I'm afraid it hasn't healed. In fact, I believe it's causing some severe discoloration from the base to the area of the vein that previously busted (about halfway up my shaft). The discoloration in this area is considerably more whiteish then it ever was, whereas the middle of the shaft to my head is reddish purple. This would indicate that the white area is not receiving very good blood flow. Could it be possible that the vein is still busted? I've read in previous posts that busted veins cause discoloration.

Please, I'm begging for help. At this point, I am not training until I figure out what to do. It would be a severe blow to have to stop for a long time as these first couple of months have been very good and I'd hate to loose the small bit I've gained. What should I do?

Well since no one has been able to answer my question, I went ahead and attached a picture to better explain the problem. It has now been a good two weeks since the last time I trained. I'm guessing that this cloudy discoloration is not going to go away by taking time off. Does anyone have any advice? Is there a way I can correct the problem by training? I'm assuming a busted vein should heal itself, but as I said before, it's been a couple of months since that happened. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Sorry to tell you man but I truly believe you are freaking out over something very minor, In your new pic I don't see a problem. I've had veins bust, and cause a huge purple spot and a large bump that hurt to touch, and after a month or so they would eventually disappear.

So IMO you have nothing to worry about, just Penis Enlargement at a slow pace until you feel comfortable going back t a hard routine.

Thanks so much for replying Ed, I'm just worried about the white area. It looks a lot worse in person than in the pics. I thought that I may be worried over nothing but the area where the busted vein was is very noticeably bogus (ridculously bruised) when I train girth. Do you think this white discoloration will clear up?

Sorry if I'm overdramatic, but I'm new to this and don't wanna fuck myself up :)

Thanks again.

I wouldn't worry about it either so long as you don't experience any real pain while easing back into your routine.

But I wouldn't return to it whole hog--at least not to begin with. Listen to your body and your dick. If there's any sharp pain, stop what you're doing. It takes a long time for the discoloration to fade--just as if you broke a vessel in another part of your body--or if you got a bad bruise. Sometimes it takes weeks if not months for it to fade.

There's going to be discoloration with P.E. Very few people who practice it seriously, get away with no discoloration. Discoloration goes with the territory. If it upsets you to see some discoloration, then I wouldn't bother to pursue P.E.

To me your dick looks a lot less discolored than mine. Mt dick is extra dark, all over. If you are getting bruised bad while doing girth, and are worried about it, back off for awhile, like 30days or so. Then gradually build yourself back up again. 5mins here then 10mins, or until you see a slight bruise, nothing major. You will heal, trust me. I've had bruises on my dick that would turn black and be close to the size of a quarter, when I say black I mean black man.

Hope this helps man.

I want to thank you guys very much for your help. I'm going to start back slow. Hopefully one day, I'll have something to give back to this forum.

If you still have sensation to the area then at least you know nothing is actually dead from lack of bloodflow. If you had busted a vein (actually an artery) and
stopped bloodflow completely then the area would quickly turn necrotic.
If your dick hasn't rotted through and fallen off by now then you're probably doing okay.
Your blood vessels have little valves all along 'em to keep the blood flowing in the proper direction, if you were doing ULI's or 440's you could have overpressurized and blown a valve. Try hot baths, heating pads and just payin' attention to your condition. Last resort; doctor man, doctor.

DAMNED GOOD INFO IN THIS THREAD!!!

Colossus,

My two cents were covered far better by 11x7 and Maxameyes.

Keep your routine short for girth work, hell, don't do any exercises other than jelqing for girth and general Penis Enlargement health imo for a while. (I'm a huge fan of Uli's but you need to steer clear of these for a while.) And keep the sessions to no more than 10 min once or twice per day. It's only natural to freak out so take it easy and get your confidence back...crazyed is one helluva guy btw.

You never said you had swelling so skip any ice treatments and stick with heat before and AFTER your sessions.

One more thing about "normal" discoloration. For me, I'm a white guy, my skin has turned very brown specifically around my circumcision scar. Some guys get the same thing while others "brown up" more in other areas.

Red dots you spoke of are a result of intense pressure from squeezing the shit out of your cock. I get these regularly and so I have a good idea of the pressure you're subjecting your cock to...alot. You might want to back off on the pressure a little for now.

And lastly, please use vaseline when you jelq. Just wipe it off and dust yourself with baby powder so you're not sticky. Many guys use lotions and all kinds of other potions but an injury can come easily from insufficient lube and this it just way too easy to avoid for $1.87 at walmart.

You guys rule. Thanks for all the great info. I will take it all in stride. Still, it is the white area I'm concerned with. It looks pigmented or something. The bronzing does not scare me, but the whitish area that looks as if it is getting no blood.

Hey, when ya get good results let us all know what worked for ya; so we can all get a little smarter on down the line. Every contribution helps the cause.
