1. Bundle it using the method blue whale describes. ( i think i got it right)
Ok first practice it with your right hand so were on the same page..
(a) Pull your penis out with a ok grip so that your hand is inverted ( by this i mean that if you stuck your thumb out straight it will point toward your body)
Twist it toward the right and then flip your hand (still holding your penis of course) so that now if you if you stuck your thumb out it would point away from you... you can practice this at first without your penis, to understand the motion... it will create a really tight bundle near the base of your penis
(c) you can add more bundles to it here, but i honestly find that at first you should stick with this until it becomes necessary
(d)so now just stretch out the penis until you can get the end of your palm thats facing your body (which should be the opposite side of the thumb) to fit at the base of your penis and your body (or as close are you can get depending on hand size etc)
(d) now just rotate your hand up, stick your butt forward, dont go too hard at first its not like ligament stretching!
(e) ok you will feel a stretch all the way down your tunica,,
Tips: dont go for instensity at first, just make sure your doing it right,
2. Your hands are moshed? There isnt that much pressure on your hands here as the method uses leverage, which makes things much easier... if your talking about some tired ness and stiffness , mine just went away pretty quickly..
