ok so i was clamping the other day and while i was doing my bends my arm got really tired. so i thought of ways to make it easier and i ended up with this exercise.

Step 1- Get fully erect and have your clamp tight and secure
Step 2- Point your dick straight down and perform the act of sitting (lol)
Step 3- Use one hand to grip the middle and perform a bend like you normally would
Setp 4- Instead of using your other hand, use your weight to push force on your penis and cause it to bend.

its hella intense

i went from 5.5 min to 6.25 after a 20 min session

I think this is very original and sounds fucking awesome ... has got me excited in this again cos it got stale.

Its like doing a part SSJ when you push down on the penis head to create compression which further makes expansion but your doing this with the bed.

Try it with a book on the bed, so its against a hard surface and more force applied but also grip just above the head and squeeze so it really engorges up ... damn this could force more expansion into the penis than before doing manuels but be careful not to go down too much.

I'll try tommorow.
 
correction you dont have do do it sitting down, you can be standing and just press it into the side of an object. table / bed

I'll try this tomorrow. After reading that "5 weeks clamping with no rest" thread, it seems like rest days may be of value. I'm going to try a push-pull strategy where I alternate days of clamping with days of intense twisted/bundled/whatever you call it stretches that target the tunica.
 
BJV - Its different than I expected from your pix. I didnt think the bend would be so intense. I thought you meant to push down on the penis head like in a SSJ does and than bend slightly? Try that method and see if that gives good engorgement. You would have to sorta squat down over a book and push downwards onto your penis head while clamped at the base .. while doing that, clamp off with your hand below the glans and see what expansion you get.

I reckon this exercise of yours could be very useful for anyone wanting a curve in their penis. Upwards than you would bend opposite to the pix and hold the position. In time a curve will occur.
 
i was doing it standing up and sitting down using a book as the point of contact on my dick before, hella crazy engorgement, this is just easier to do

i need girth man.
 
i am assuming you could do this with the bend pointing up also and to either side to get even more intensity all around instead of just down right? i do something like this but i squeeze the head and then bend in the middle .
 
While I haven't seen the kind of engorgement that you have, it does indeed feel very powerful and I am going to keep at it.

have not been doing it for long so no real idea on major gains but so far it does get much more sore but i don't seem to be able to go much larger then my none clamped girth 6" when fully clamped i am around 6.25" the base gets to over 7" but i already am around 6.5 at the base.
it does increase flaccid girth but i have not been clamping for long.
i get just as big with a cock ring on but the base doesn't get so big as when clamped.
i think it will take some time for me to get any good gains.

with this exercise do you think i can add length and girth

or is it just a girth itself exercise?
 
With girthwork you will gain some length aswell as the two go hand in hand so yeah but also the bend could add additional stress at that angle for more length but I would see this more as a girth shapeing movement.
 
Looks really good, and like some of the stuff I've played around with in the past. You guys are making me get the 'clamping itch' again!
 
This is the same exercise still claims now as his own 'Wall breakers' but he should have given credit at least to where he gathered his theory, from bjv :)
 
I have to also add this is a GREAT exercise and I noticed some incredible expansion. Think SSJ but more intense. However please be careful not to lean in too much with your weight and become accustomed to clamping as well otherwise you could bend your penis.

 
This is what it looks like when the penis bends and it happens to be __________'s but if severe enough (the bend) can lead to Peyronies disease and weakness in parts of the penis.
