Hey, I haven't done any PE for months but today I'm about to start a hanging routine as I have the equipment. What are your thoughts on using light weights for maximum gains? I've been reading a lot that light weights make the best gains - not sure what your take is on that - Anyway this is the routine - it's 3 months. I'll definitely be back to post my results. How's this for a routine?

I posted the actual file so there is no outside link and people can see it. I like this workout as it is in line with what I call Pyramid hanging where are steady and progressive plan in place. In the beginning light weights will return gains but eventually, even at 10 pounds, you will need to increase to keep gains going. I would also suggest to add some other length work in also to help speed gains.
 
I also suggest looking at my how to guide where I outline my Progressive Hanging approach. As well as share a method called Dave's Technique. Using both together will help you keep moving up in weight as your penis adapts over time.

I think I'm just going to do 1 set or maybe 2 a day for the first week, then I'll start the routine. No rush. Do you think 10 mins of manuel stretches a day would help

Yeah makes sense. I'm going to just do 1 or 2 20min sets a day for a week, then start the routine. No rush. Would just 10min manual stretches a day help with gains

Thanks man, I think I'll update around once a week

Doing my first session now, an easy 2 lbs. Using a silicone sleeve as the wrap, takes 2 mins to put on, really comfy no slippage - gonna write down my measurements in a sec. Will gain at least 1 inch! Back in a sec

Did you say what you are hanging with? Starting a progress log in the Progress Logs forum?

Just a homemade clamp, 2 pieces of wood screwed together with some draft insulation for some padding. Gonna do a progress log now
 
That is clever. I started with a tube sock tied. Tied one end to my penis, the other to a dumb bell weight.

In respect to the first post the user if referring to his weekly sets and they are done all at once.
