I know its a bathmste post, but i wanted the main sub to see it just so i can get advice on how to always have workouts like this.

I started my bathmate routine at 4.5-4.6 girth. Finished at 5.75. Did tunica stretch beforehand, than dd 6 sets of 6 minutes.

How can i make these gains last longer or remain permanet? I dont want this girth to ever leave?

Now that you have a glimpse of what you'll soon become, it's time to roll-up your sleeves and get to work. My 1st two years of PE consisted of at least 2 BM sessions per day (sometimes three...and yes, my water bill went through the roof). The key is consistency and intensity...try to train each day with the goal being just a bit more than the previous day/session.

Next thing you know, that 5.75" is the real you and your temporary will be 6.50"...be careful tho, these gains become addictive :)

You could probably PE 10X's a day, but your EQ would probably suffer. I would keep a close watch on your EQ and use that as your guide, but for 2 years I would do a morning session and an evening session (and a few times a week I'd throw-in an afternoon session). The main idea is to listen to your body
 
Nothing more motivating than hitting numbers like that after a pumping session. I have done that a couple of times and it will give you a confidence boost.

Yup and it is all useable size as long as you get in in time :)

But let me ask two questions, won't it be possible to gain at least half inch in girth in 6 months if I pump once daily? Secondly, how much gains did you make in girth when you pumped twice daily for 6 months?

depends upon your intensity...my goal with each session is to meet/exceed the previous one (sometimes successful, sometimes not). By using the gauge on the cylinder, I can determine the length at max pressure very easily, but girth is a different matter. For the last few years I've been 'whole package' pumping so the entire cylinder is fully packed w/dick-n-balls which makes it nearly impossible to calculate girth while submerged...for this I rely on a tailor's tape. I've been consistently hitting just above 8 1/2" in The BM (translation: about 8 1/8" due to the BM gauge being 'optimistic') and the tape-measure shows 7" girth virtually every time I check.
My thought is that packing the cylinder maintains my girth while pushing length...I've almost reached the curved part of my X40 on a few occasions, so that's my short-term goal

I understand but you still didn't answer my questions

the answer to your first question is...it depends on many factors including intensity, body make-up/genes, overall health, etc.
as for your second question...I don't know. I didn't measure for almost 2 years (the ruler is kryptonite for my EQ). If I had to guess, I probably got to 6" girth fairly quickly and the last inch has taken a couple of years
