We have to confirm the size of the Cylinder you got. Check the sizing and tell us which of the Cylinder size you have before trying to change it. If you got up to 6 inches of expansion, it means the pump is not too small and you have a large amount of fluid retention because you are yet to adapt to the pump.

I think the pump is too big for you. You were suppose to buy the 1.75″ diameter pump cylinder. Let's see if you can manage the 2 diameter pump cylinder before you think of changing it.

You can manage it. As long as you are using it and getting the right amount of expansion, you are good. That pump will take you to 6 inches permanent girth.

if you talk about my girth it's not really big it's just after pumping if not in normal state it gets small
