I used the Bathmate about 3-4 times. Last time was September 3. I used it for about 20 min. each session. After that last session on Sep 3, I have felt occassional internal penile pain. Also felt a constant burning sensation and penis just looked bruised up. I was afraid I had really damaged it. The constant burning continued until around October 3. I am feeling better now, but somehow it still seems damaged.

From this experience, I am fearful of using the Bathmate again.

Not sure what I did wrong.

Well according to a majority on this forum, its not advisable to use the Bathmate for so long without giving it a break inbetween to jelq and massage the internal tissues and create more blood flow. For beginners its best to use it 5 mins on and then 5 mins of jelquing, 5 mins on and then 5 mins jelquing and so on for about 15-20mins...They are called supersets....

Mr Big gave you some good advice. We have found that shorter sets (or what we call super-sets) are best. Basically, you will pump for 5 minutes and then jelq for 5 minutes and repeat 2-3X. This helps with fluid retention and brings the greatest expansion. There will be a certain degree of soreness that you will feel in all Penis Enlargement, particularly in the beginning, work through this and it makes the penis stronger and larger.

Yeah, goes to show that the instructions that come with the Bathmate can lead to injury.

start again
start slow
concentrate fully
get an errection. wank a bit
into Bathmate
go 5 minutes at very low pressure. just pump every 2 minutes a little bit.
then put the Bathmate off
do some jelqs(dry or wet..dry theoretically better)
Do some reverse and normal kegels.
get an errection. wank a bit.
then put the Bathmate on again.
Now have some more pressure.
5 minutes again.
Last 30 seconds try to push your dick a bit with higher pressure. then release slowly.
Do some jelqs.
Do some reverse and normal kegels.
do this 2 weeks and increase pressure every session a little(!) bit.

If you feel to sore and uncomfortable then skip a session
If you feel pain or severe discomfort then release pressure or put the Bathmate off.

once you feel comfortable add another 5 minute set. If you want and can a second session. take responsibility, logic and good thought about your own penis.
If you want a horse dick like some of the crazy guys here then you may have to take some pain. Easy way takes more time ;)

I just want a healthy fat dick and Im confident it will happen.

After 1 month come back and slowly put into your routine some of the more intense techniques.(if you like)

edit: and dont forget to come back and tell how great this tool is. tough the base on the ring starts to move on mine :(

You don't mention what else you may have done with your penis during or before this Bathmate episode.
What was your Penis Enlargement routine?
What was your penile health, overall?
Any prior history of injury?
After this injury what did you do as far as Penis Enlargement? What did you do for treatment?
Do you have any STD's?
Urinary tract or bladder infection?

The more and better information you provide, the better level of help you can receive.

Regardless of how or why you became injured, the point is you are injured. Now it is time to heal, give yourself some time off from pumping. When you get back to training I would suggest using the methods outlined on the forums on how to use Bathmate....we have a lot more experience:)
 
I don't know if everyone would agree with me, but I think it would be a bad idea to jump right into the Bathmate without any previous experience with Penis Enlargement, like understanding your limits and the associated pains and healing process, etc. I probably would have really hurt myself or at least freaked myself out if I used a Bathmate without ever having done Penis Enlargement before. I'm not saying that's Frydog's case because I don't know yet, but I just wanted to throw that out there.
 
You can't compete at a hot dog eating competition if you haven't accustomed your stomach to gulp in 50 so hot dogs in 5 minutes. It's a progressive routine that you need to feel is right for you. Take it easy at first, low pressure and shorter times, or at least check your limits. Pain is good but too much pain is wrong, and bad for your penis. Also take into account general health, penis health, any conditions you may have, diet etc.

I've so far been about 3 months on the Bathmate and my current sessions are much more productive in the sense that i can pump more, and i have less extreme soreness after a week of daily sessions, but on the other hand i know that i need to keep pushing the limits to take full advantage of exercize/rest cycles which are particular to each and everyone of us with the aforementioned variables of progress.

Last thing, would you believe it if someone told you that the manual for a sound system said no more than 100 decibels when you can probably crank it up a few more dbs? And would you drive a ferrari at 300kph in a city just because the engine can manage that speed? I bet it'd be harmful for your life if you did, but then again it's written max speed 300kph in the glove compartment manual. It's all about perspective mate.

Hi man, Im also a nub Bathmate user, first few time I also experiensed some numbness and loss of erection, it was due to the extremity of the session, since then im practicing DLD supersets, doing as he said 3 to 4 times 5 min Bathmate followed by 100 Jelqs (prefer these over Squash Jelqs) and it works like a charm, every time the penis enters the Bathmate more plyble, and gets a stronger expansion, no fatigue and no losss of feeling, aftwerwards I pamper my freind with a little massage, regain good circulation, and it feels the best, dont over do, this is the key, the Bathmate is a great accessory.

Thanks to everyone who has responded with helpful advice. I have not logged in to check for any responses in a while. My penis is feeling better now - not quite the way it was before, but definitely better. I am thinking about trying the Bathmate again, but not for 20 minutes straight. I just have to be very careful I guess. Just odd that I felt no pain when in Bathmate back on Sep 3, but managed to injury myself.

Try the alternating routine man, Bathmate for 5-6 min, than jelq or SSJ for 5, 3-4 sets...works like a charm, I gurantee, and as I said Im green in this buisness, It just works. apply yourself to it.
