Great exercise and it will definitely let the balls hang lower. Another good exercise that has a similar result is the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. The lower the balls hang, the longer the flaccid penis will become. A tight scrotum can cause penile inversion or turtling.

I wish I can add the testicle massage to my routine. But my routine is already too intense for me.
