yes you alternate from stretching penis up and stretching scrotum down and hold for 60 seconds then stretch scrotum up and penis down and hold for 60 seconds. This process is repeated.

It really makes no difference. Since it does not depend on EQ you can pretty much do it anytime of the day. But be sure to do it as these games you will make her visually awesome.

When you’re stretching your scrotum down you’re stretching your penis up and when you’re stretching your penis down you’ll be stretching your scrotum up.

When you stretch your scrotum up and your penis down and as you stretch your penis up and your scrotum down your stretching the skin between the shaft in the scrotum loosening up the turkey neck and pushing it down towards your scrotum.

I think you will have your whole sac tied off in an ok grip up near where it ties to the wang, yank your duder down with the other hand while you stretch your nutz up..in order to go up, because your root is in the way, you obviously have to either go left of the shank or right of the shank. I think to keep things even, be best to alternate sides..am I getting this right? I understand the sac down wang up part. Just unclear on the other.

Yes you stretch up to the right and you stretch up to the left. This is to bring a separation between the base and the scrotum. The idea is that displace the tn forcing it into the scrotum.

Got it..I am seeing fur creeping up the shaft and have the turkey neck going on that I need to deal with. I've had such quick growth this past year that it sort of snuck up on me. I looked down while my wom's was handling business one night and thought, wow..its getting UGE..I was looking in the mirror after, doing some simple after ponnish stretching (love that totally relaxed stretch) and noticed all that extra skin on my bag. you’re gonna have to learn to shave LOL as you get longer and skin becomes displaced you’ll have hair creeping up your shaft. It’s a side effect of PE but definitely worth it.

I understand..I did the balls up, wang down stretch..Awesome! I noticed, when I pulled peen up, sac down, it stretched the skin on the front of the sac.
