This has once occured before & it is happening again.
My hands, feets and penis is cold. My penis turtles because of this.
I'm trying to figure out a solution and reason. The only time my hands, feets and penis is at normal temperature is when i'm sleeping.
As soon as i wake up and starts to walk around and making my breakfast the coldness comes back very quick and stays like that all day until i sleep again.

I thought it was that i was pulling too hard and too close on my glans when i was stretching. Could that be the reason? But i mean, both my hands and feets are cold aswell, could there be a connection?
But today i thought that maybe it has to do with the weather getting colder outside. As i am sleeping under the cover it maybe gets warm, and as soon as i leave the bed i'm more exposed.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
