Autoextender Xsleeve?

I am looking for an ADS that is super comfortable but will also get the job done. I have wrapped and also use the VLC with leg strap to keep extended all day. The problem I have mostly with the VLC is that it causes some skin irritation after wearing it all day which in turn effects my hanging sessions. So I am looking for something that might be more comfortable to use as an ADS. I have been looking at the Xsleeve as a solution and would like to know what those who have used it think about it.
I will only be using it to stay extended and not to use it as a stretcher. I would use it with the leg strap but that is all. So what do you all think?
 
The issue with sleeves is they can be too tight or too loose. I wish someone would come up with an adjustable sleeve.

I had a similar issue as you with the phallosan bc of fluid retention on the glans. What I ended up doing is using a 24 hour cable clamp for girth work when I am not using the phallosan. So that's an option for you in addition to the sleeves.

Have you used the autoextender Xsleeves? From the videos I saw on their site the sleeves seem to be very stretchable to accommodate different penis sizes and to allow for daily erections.

Yes I have used these sleeves in the past.
 
Theres a device called phallogauge

Uses a adhesive like strap thats very grippy on the skin and its adjustable. . Thats all you use.

Im not promoting infact It came up months ago but I was never able to find or buy it.

It looks like it uses the basic concept of the phallosan forte without being as comfortable. I would guess the time under tension with this device would be reduced because of the compression design and the amount of stretch would be reduced for the same reason.
 
The Phallosan would be the best in this area of healing but also in gaining. It can be worn for very long periods of time giving a stretch 24 hours under the right conditions. The VLC is a good choice but will bring only minimal gains, mostly a healing measure similar to ACE. The SizeGenetics is great as long as you have time to invest. I personally think ACE is just as good as an Sleeve. I think what should be considered the most is what you will use more and what will give you the best results based on time, privacy, movements, etc.

How much gains have you made from using your extender?
