Skin issues with extender

Depends on how much tension they will offer, and if it doesn't say how much tension then it depends on whether it stretches your penis hard enough to leave you needing to take it off after 45 minutes to an hour to restore circulation.
As for extenders you can use, I use the Best Extender at high tension for 1 hour. You can also use the SiliStretcher as it can be used to hang weights so you can do interval hanging, or you can use the strap it has and use your leg as the fulcrum point of tension.

The SiliStretcher is your best bet

Just to update it seems i have gained 1cm length just recently at once. So im now at 18cm.

I continued my extender routine. And also added bundeled streches for short periods.
