Hey All, is DK here. Im a newbie and I want to give you guys some tips to help injury prevention.

1) Do Not Start the routine at %80-100 erect. If your gonna jelq first try doing it at around %40-%60. Build your way up. If its to easy or if your penis can take it. Then do the original routine. Im saying this because i suffered an injury following the normal routine. I believe i put too much pressure on my penis. So now im taking it slow. Building the pressure. I know alot of you guys out there can do the normal routine. But for some of us, I caution you people to take it easy and start of small and slow. You will save yourself injuries that can last for weeks. and you will save time. and if your doing any other excercises that deals with building pressure in the penis (ex DLD bends). Again start off at %60 or lower. If your penis can take it, then by all means go ahead and follow the original instructions. Im talking from experiance. So i just wanted to give you newbs some heads up.

2) Common signs when pe'ing

Red spots- dont worry there natural and should go away within 24-72hrs

Erections feel weaker- One reason is, your overdoing it. give it a rest. your penis is still fatigued.

thats all i can think of right now, if you would like to Add something, just post it up.

3) If you feel any sort of pain or discomfort. STOP!!! do not continue and just force it through. As i have been told. Penis Enlargement should be pleasurable and fun. Take some rest. Again build up slowly. dont start off at full erection. try %40-60. Or whatever you feel you can do withouth hurting yourself.

lol oh i get, I just randomly coined the name. Some people taught it stands for Donkey Kong. It would make sense since we are in a Penis Enlargement website LMAO .
 
Also newbies, there is no such thing as a dumb question, but PLEASE go through the archives and absorb as much information as you can. If you have concernc or questions about a certain topic that hasn't been discussed then feel free to ask. Do NOT post threads about "what is the best exercise to give me faster gains?" We CAN'T tell you that, because we all grow differently; some fast and some slow. But if you remain consistent and motivated in your Penis Enlargement career than I promise you, you WILL gain.
Set short term goals for yourself and a long term goal so that you have something to look forward too. Don't think that 2 months of Penis Enlargement will get you to 3 inches. It takes time and patience, but work hard at it and you can get there one day.
With each exercise, whether it be jelqing, stretching, clamping, pumping, etc. Start off slow. Don't just rush into it because you want to gain already, that's how you prohibit gains! Take it nice and slow and introduce your body to these new exercises.
Lastly, don't get discouraged by what the ruler tells you. If you see your penis and it looks bigger or fatter or longer, leave it at that. Don't be too eager to put the ruler to it and see that there is no change. Measure every 3 months maybe. The Penis Enlargement game is a mind over matter business. If you believe it then you will achieve it! Good luck to everybody, new or veteran, in this Penis Enlargement career.
