Even though my missus knows exactly what each piece of equipment does & I've explained how I use it I remain behind a closed bathroom door when stretching/pumping. It's my quiet time to focus + I like to keep a certain degree of privacy about the whole thing, she still gets to enjoy the results either way 😆
