Just tried this stretch for the first time today and I can see how this could bring gains. For those of you who have been doing the __________ consistently, have you had any success?

I love how the inner penis hardens when doing this stretch. You can tell its getting a workout.

I'm sure you're aware of this but a fun little thing to try is to grab your penis with your right hand then push up on your "gooch" with your left hand middle and pointer finger. You should feel a pump feeling on your shaft. Lets pull that bitch out where it belongs!
 
I've gained roughly .75 in fsl and over .25 in EL in a month. I didn't measure again yet, I measure in March. But yes, this is a great stretch when done properly and consistantly, it will help bring HUGE gains. I'm glad you found the power of it!

Ive experimented with this stretch but never feel the stretch from it...wonder what im doing wrong
 
spin your cock like its seen in the pics then pull wrist up. You should feel hardness under your balls/grendle haha
 
Dsm4life420: don't grab your glans when doing this stretch. Grab behind them, pull out, twist in a 180 degree motion, pull out and bend your wrist upwards towards your stomach. Superdick has a video in the Video Forum about this stretch.

My routine is:

3 sets of each:

Out, down, up (left, right)
1 min holds

BTC stretches (all directions)
V-stretch
A-stretch
__________ stretch
45 second holds
UJW with basic stretching throughout the day.

That's my stretching routine

I use it to warm-up every day (around 10-15 minutes of it). I've gained about 1'' on my BPFSL since December (2-3 months) and I know that for me, when I'm doing it right, I feel my dick pulsing at the base of the shaft while I hold the stretch.

I like holding at the base with this stretch. It's more intense this way.

I got a few question first off congrats to your gains. My question is how many sets of this exercise a day did you do in that month in which you gained? Also I am a little over 7 inches erect and I find it hard to feel this stretch do you think it will help with the whole sock wrapped around to get more pressure or not?

This thread is from four years ago bud so I'm not sure if you will get a reply. Using something like a sock or a rubber glove to aid in grip is an excellent idea. If you are not feeling the __________ in its regular form then it may be worth trying the v stretch variation. Simply do a __________ as you normally would, but then use you other hand to push down at the base with the v part of your thumb and forefinger. Use that hand as a leverage point for the __________.

Thanks for the quick reply and yeah i just thought I would at least try my luck and get a reply glad did. The sock around the penis was actually meant to mean to make it more effective to put more distance between your penis and your fist so it will make it more effective of you get what I mean, but yeah I know it will help with grip also.

I get what you're saying . Using something to add girth to create distance should have some effect. Couple that with the v stretch and you could have a very powerful combo.

More comfortable too I gather?
 
The __________ stretch is a good exercise but I didn't make much gains from it to be honest.
