Am I training to hard or is this just the natural course of PE? I got my Sizegenetics about 3 weeks ago and as I stated in another thread in the sizegenetics forum here I have spent most of the since trying to find a comfortable way to wear it. So far I have used the noose with the comfort foam which has given me the longest times in it, about an hour to an hour and a half. I am using a 2" a 1" and a 1/2" bar which gives me a good stretch. When I first put it on it pulls it down to the first notch which I believe is the 900 grams but after about a half hour it goes to no tension for the rest of the session. I am only using it in the evening and am trying to get in 3 to 4 hours right now. I am only using the Sizegenetics right now cause I'm concentrating on length at the moment. In the morning I do manual stretches then wear UJW all day. I am taking the Male Extra plus 4000 mg of L-Argine a day and a daily vitamin. So the reason I am asking if I'm training to hard is because my dick looks thin and lifeless. I can get a good hard on if aroused and get normal woodys during the day but when normal flacid it just looks puney. I'm really not sure if this is normal or if I'm pushing it to hard. I'm not saying I should be seeing results just yet because I understand the time frame but I just want to make sure I'm not wasting the time I'm putting in. So if I'm just concentrating on length is there anything else I need to do and is this puney look right now normal?
 
In the beginning stages of PE it is normal to feel worn out and sore. Training strictly length will bring length with minimal girth so the thinness is mostly longness due to the stretching only routine. When you start doing your girth work this will bring larger girth and give the appearance you are looking for. Lots of men do length separate than girth so to concentrate harder on each as an isolated exercise. Some will go for girth then length and others as you are going. You may find greater satisfaction by doing a daily split routine where you practice both length and girth but in different sessions, this also brings the same isolated thinking but will not hold you back from gaining one or the other.
 
Thanks for answering. I had tried to use the Penomet in the morning but it seemed to effect my time in the Sizegenetics that evening. I seemed tighter and not able to stretch as much but maybe that's just part of it. I did have a question about my routine. Like I said I do manual stretches in the morning then wear UJW all day then Sizegenetics in the evening but i don't wear UJW after my Sizegenetics routine due to I goto bed. Do you think I'm missing out because i don't have it extended after the Sizegenetics routine?. Also if I go back to using the Penomet in the morning how long should I wait afterwards to put on the UJW so I don't effect my girth workout. Is it ok to go ahead and put it on immediately after or should I wait a little while?
 
Hey DID I know you're busy catching up and there's hundreds of threads to view so please forgive me if I seem pushy don't mean to be, but I was wondering your thoughts on the questions I had on my last post on this thread. Sorry again for being a little pushy.

Why not go for length first and finish your work with girth i the evening, this should solve the problem of the tightness due to girth swelling. I would even suggest doing length after masturbation to really maximize the stretch intensity and bu the time evening comes you will be primed to get up for the occasion.

Well unfortunately like so many of us I don't have much time in the morning to wear the Sizegenetics the proper length of time (damn I wish i had a home job so I could set this thing on fire, oh well) Im going to try pumping in the morning but wait to apply the UJW for 2 to 3 hours and see if that doesn't help. I think applying the wrap immediatly after pumping actually caused more fluid retention to be held causing my problem in the evening when trying to put on my Sizegenetics. I'll give this a try. Also I'm going to test out wearing my wrap during the night to allow it to heal extended. I'm able to wear it all day with out any issues so I think I'll be ok. I'll do a test with an alarm for the first few nights to see. I'll report back after I see how it goes.

I've bumped many of your threads, you should be getting the notifications. The Silistrecher is a better option than the SG.
