Hello fellow Penis Enlargement ers,

I am doing Penis Enlargement on and off for 6 years now. I gained a little over 1 inch BPenis EnlargementL.

Yes its a long time with little gains, but I am still motivated to go for more haha.

I am doing phase 2 from the dld program and I have an important question.

When I do the DLD blaster, I only feel it in my ligs when I DON'T use my arm, or RB fake arm in the exercise. When I incorperate my arm I only feel a stretch in my shaft but not in the ligs.

What is wrong here, because I really don't know what to do.

I started in 2003 as you see. I was consistent with a 5 days on 2 days off routine something simelar to dld phase 1 routine. This routine got me from 5.6 to 6.2. After that I just did the lenght work from the routine, because I heard that gaining girth makes it more difficult to gain lenght. I then did all kinds off routines, from selfmade hangers, rings etc. In between 2004 and 2009 I had circumcission surgery, vacuumhanging, ringhanging, but not very consistent as I used to be because off injuries concerning vacuumhanging. I stopped the vacuumhanging and started doing a simple routine again, but not consistent enough I think. Then in januari I started hanging with the bibhanger..and gaind a little as you see. Unfortunetly I don't have enough privacy anymore for hanging and sometimes my erection level was very bad to, so I had to drop hanging.

Now I am motivated to go all the way with natural Penis Enlargement. I know it works and I dont want to give up!

I am 23 now.. started when i was 17 :)

I am on a 7 day routine now (phase 2 dld).

I hope you can help me out!

If you stick with that Phase 2 than your sure to break out the rut and see gains again .. your being trained by the godfather of Penis Enlargement > Mike Salvini aka DLD

I will do that. But still no answer to my question about the blasters.LMAO

I feel a good stretch in my ligs if i don't use my arm (a-stretch), and when i use my arm I just feel the shaft. but not intense.

So should I just do what I am doing? (without the arm)

And one more question. Should I do 7 days straight or take 1 or 2 day break, because that was what I used in the begining of my pe carreer. ??

Really, dld would be best to answer here as its his proggramme your doing but I would suggest you try to master the blasters with the arm, unless you dont need the arm but you should feel something, possibly a little burn as you pull ... are you doing reverse kegels on the pull? if not DO THEM.

I would not do 7 days on, it accounts to suicide in my opinion but guys have and do still gain from it .. however in the longrun, like in the gym they hit a wall and stop gaining and that is because I think the have overtrained and the penis needs chance to heal, recover and than grow.

Try 2 on 1 off and see if that helps, otherwise my gut feeling is you need to cut down how much your doing and strive for a shorter routine with less days but on those days go for high intensity and keep the proggression going from there on in.

This might be affected by the position in which you put your wrist at. Try to mantain your wrist with palms facing down (this will take some effort for your front shoulder) and see what happens. ;)

As of your training: you should experiment. If you find you're gaining with an specific schedule, go for it. You can't be affraid to 1 - try, 2 - be wrong. Don't let the anxiety take over you and take the time to see if the routine is working. There are innumerable variables to consider when you think something is holding your gains back, so, try. :)

Oke, with the start of november I will do 6 days on 1 day off. And work from there.

Everytime I use my arm I lose the feeling at my base that my ligs are being stretched. Tommorow I will try to use my arm in different positions but I dont think it will work. Is this really strange?? :blush:
 
Yes I reverse kegel. First I get in to the A-stretch. Then I pullout (normal tension) I do a kegal for 5 sec. Then I pull harder and do a reverse kegal. With the first kegal I notice tugback of the penis. Then with the reverse kegal, I notice that my shaft is getting longer then with the first pull, so that's nice, but I dont feel it as much in my ligs as without the arm. I still do the sequence but not with the arm. Still in a dilemma what to do? haha

This technique DLD illustrates in phase 2 of his program might be considered being left standing by for further approaches; since you are already having problems feeling and mastering the stretch, I would say that the simple is the best for you now.

Also... in the A-Stretch you are not necessarily to feel the ligs as you would feel in simple stretches; the A-Stretch start to focus the stress on the tunica, even though it's not a particular tunica or ligs exercise. If you do it with the palm of your healing hand facing straight down you are sure to feel both the ligs and the tunica.
 
I think I am going to incorporate the mother off all stretches and __________'s secret because I feel my ligs with these exercises. Is this correct to do, or to much? I just want to feel my ligs getting stretched and I feel it with these exercises.
 
They would help you feel the ligs when stretched, if thats what you desire. More so the mother of all stretch but also look into my V-SES which is on the forums titled as __________ secret to length and is GREAT for isolating those ligs .. I went from 8-8.3 with those.
