Another post got my mind going in this direction earlier and I wanted to post this in it's own thread. I've seen practically EVERY concept, idea or ahem...''theory'' discussed as to why some men gain and some do not.

I think what is actually forgotten (not only on THIS forum but elsewhere) in our community is that MOST MEN can in fact use similar exercises AND devices AND make similar gains. MOST penises are in FACT physiologically THE SAME in construction with very small variables involved. Most men who find forums like our in fact fall into the average size range. Therefor, my previous statement about physiological make up IS valid. I think the main variable that determines success or failure is among things like knowledge, actual and consistent application of Penis Enlargement. Along with being smart, yet not afraid of injury ....not letting that fear keep you from forcing your penis to change. Also, not making excuses. Either Penis Enlargement IS a priority in your life, or it's just some sili thing that probably won't work anyway. It's up to each man to decide that. I've seen all races and backgrounds join forums throughout the community over the last decade, and they all start with similar penises for the most part. Penis Enlargement is an individual journey though. Once a man embraces that fact, and decides whether or not he is serious about a bigger penis....then he will gain what he truly desires to.

Penises DO contains *some* smooth muscle, but little skeletal muscle. FACT IS, these two types of muscle tissue respond completely differently to stimulus. Also, the tissues WE as Penis Enlargement practitioners are targeting have NOTHING to do with this little bit of muscle. That said, the limitations of ''genetics'' which would normally come into play with bodybuilding and making muscles bigger do NOT affect Penis Enlargement. What does affect Penis Enlargement? What I said above.

Knowledge: Knowing what to do to make your penis bigger. It's not difficult either. What do you want? Length? Girth? Both? You need to put together a plan of attack to target those goals. There's plenty of info to read through. There are also plenty of ROUTINES shared that are CLEARLY working for other men. Model one for yourself based on one of theses routines that fits into your life schedule. Skin and tissue stretches over time when tension is applied to it in order to make it stretch past the normal boundaries. There's no such proven thing as ''cells splitting and re growing'' or that sili stuff you sometimes see spread on some Penis Enlargement sites. Tissue stretches and it becomes longer. It's not rocket science.

Goals: Again, what are you after? Write it down. It feels ''sili'' to write goals down if you have never made it a habit, but do it. Also, keep a record of what you do on your Penis Enlargement ''on'' days. Guestimating only works for so long. If you have a written log of what you are doing, what you have done and can see the progress on paper, it makes things so much easier. It also makes it easier for you to flip back 6 months and see how you were 6'' long there...and how you have used these routines for this amount of time and how they worked, or did not seem to work as well as something you were doing the previous six months. That is the ONLY comparison to Penis Enlargement and working out at a gym I personally feel is VALID. I keep a workout log for the gym too by the way and there's no way I would have made the progress I have with my body and weight lifting without it. Your Penis Enlargement log should contain where you are now size wise, what you are doing routine wise, time spent daily, off days, breaks, holidays, trips where you missed days and so on.

I've shared this elsewhere before, but let me share some examples of tissue stretching that leads to permanent ''deformation'' of the tissues. Again, the penis is mostly skin, some veins, some arteries, some ligaments in strategic places, and a SMALL amount of smooth muscle.

I volunteer at Schriner's hospital for children and a pre-med student, and unlike most of my colleagues I have a strong interest in medicine and the human body. I want to be a doctor because I think the human body and life in general is simply amazing (not to just make money like most of these assholes). These poor kids at the hospital though ... they are all living proof that God does not exist .. but anyways...

I can contribute to this post with some of my own experiences. The leg lengthening process isn't as uncommon as you may think. Some children are born blessed with various conditions that can alter the limbs length making them unsymmetrical. That's why people have shoes with one regular shoe and one "platform" shoe. Only until they are older and stop growing as much can they opt for a series of surgeries that increase the length of the leg. These surgeries are extremely painful and the entire treatment takes a very long time. Along with the agony, the patient has to endure months of physical therapy, also. The surgery itself is kinda simple looking at it out of context. The femur is cut and pinned in place leaving a small cap between the two pieces. The two pieces of bone heal, the gap will eventually fill in and the length of the femur will increase. The whole process can be repeated down the length of the femur until the desired length is reached. Sounds gruesome, but it works. The down side is the patient is left with a broken leg and is wheelchair bound for a longggggggg ass time.

I know you all know jelquing works, but I'll help reinforce that thought. Some children (including me) can be born with some pretty shitty things. For me, let just say my hands probably do not look like yours. My fingers are pretty much cut in half, all but my left thumb and index fingers (my only normal ones). Anyways, my right ring finger had some special problems on top of everything else. There simply wasn't enough tissue at the tip of the digit to support how much bone was there, so it created this painful "tip". For years and years I massaged my finger in a very similar method as jelquing. Of course it worked, and I avoided more surgery because of that. It promoted enough tissue growth to take the strain off the tip of my finger.

In lame mans terms, jelquing gets more "stuff" to the penis. There are only a few tissue types in the body where the cells DO NOT regenerate. you're dick is NOT one of them. This sounds weird, but you will "regrow" you're dick ever so slowly several times throughout your life. Forcing more blood to the tissue promotes a faster regeneration of tissue. of course it also works by expanding the corpora cavernosa (both of them)

With Penis Enlargement I guess you will grow it double that:)
