Hi everyone,

I'm nearing the three month mark since I resumed Penis Enlargement. I have been doing a very basic routine that has resulted in a small gain in this three month time period. My current stats are just a tad over 7" in NBPenis EnlargementL, 5.75" base girth, and 5.25 mid-girth. MY goal right now is to get up to 7.5" to 8" in length and 6" in mid-shaft girth. Reading all about the benefits of SSJ, I thought about adding it to my routine. Here is what I'm doing now 2 days on--1 day off:

--10 minute warm up period
--15 minutes of stretching (Blue-whale __________, and a few straight out and behind the cheeks) each stretch is held for 45 seconds.

--10 minutes of wet jelqing
--a few minutes of warm down
--later that same day or that night, I'll do another 15 minutes of stretching with blasters or blue whales __________ stretch.

Now, based on my measurements and sexual signs from my wife, I have determined that I need to maintain my length, but start shifting the focus over to increasing girth. I thought that I could begin with the slow squash jelq, maybe clamp at the base, then do the squashing while the base is held clamped.

For those experienced with this exercise, how would you all recommend me adding this into the above routine? would I simply add it to what I"m doing, or substitute it in place of the wet jelqs?

Replace the jelqs with SSJ. A good session should last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour depending on hand strength. I have no experience with SSJ's and clamping but from what I hear, it make SSJ even more powerful.
 
Thanks for that tip. Due to time limitations, I may do the warm up, stretching, then perhaps a 10-15 minute session of slow squash jelq where I perform each "squash" for maybe 30-45 seconds, take a slight rest, then repeat. Over time, I can build up to 20 minutes and beyond for my SSJ sessions.

DLD, your advice is much appreciated.

DLD, your advice is much appreciated.

That sounds fine. As you know, you will be able to go longer and longer. The learning cycle is worth the investment.
 
DLD, do you agree with keeping the 2 days on--1 day off schedule with SSJ's?

I did a session today after my regular wet jelqing and I got some great expansion. Eventually, when I increase my SSJ time-per-session, I'll let go of the regular jelqs. I forgot to mention that the clamp is used simply because my grip gives out to soon, so it's just easier when I stay clamped for the entire 10 minutes.

Sounds great. The expansion is phenomenal. I think a 2 on 1 off schedule is fine for now. As you feel ready you can close that gap if you want.
 
I also have thought about an every-other-day schedule for girthwork with the other days being strictly for stretching. So, if effect, it would be alternating days of length focus, girth focus, length focus, girth, and so on. I think I can make better use of limited time that I have. I usually can devote 45 minutes or so per day to this.

Sounds like a good plan. You will be able to give total mental focus to both portions of Penis Enlargement.
