The image below is all the equipment I use for the ADF Step-Up Method Routine For SG/VLC/TLC Combo. This method allows you to have continuous micro-adjustments on the threaded screws without having to change a single bar. This routine is better suited for 1-1 1/2 hour intense stretching with fast gains for length, instead of, as an All Day Stretching method.

1. On the SizeGenetics extender itself you see the ACE gauze, folded/layered and held on with a safety pin. This is to prevent ball burn which can happen with long periods of use or intense stretching.

2. The little mirror is to be able to see behind the VLC/TLC cones to see if there is any foreskin slipping down there., and to check the angle of the cones in general.

3. The belt clip is from one of Ron Lows stretching belts w/ just a slight modification I made to create an angle bend in the center so it sites centered on the top hook. I hook it first directly to the cones once they are mounted on my penis.

4. The meat hook, w/ the flesh colored handle, I made to pull my whole penis, VLC, clips and all straight up to the top hook. Some time I need to hold it there while I change to a different size 'S' ring etc.

5. The 2 different size 'S' rings, seen under the meat hook, are used in the step-up process and can be combined with or without the belt clip or directly to the VLC to allow options for optimal stretching without having to change any bars.

6. When you can take the meat hook and pull, just your penis with the VLC cones only, directly to the top hook which sits on the very top of the SG, then it's time to add some new bars and start the routine over again. But that could take weeks to months depending on how high ou place the bars.

7. Some guys are handy and crafty with metal so it's not that hard to make the little S rings or the meat hook.
The larger S ring came off a strap of some kind and I just twisted it at a 90% angle and the small ring is just really thick/hard gauge wire I twisted into shape.

This pic is about 1 1/2 hours into the routine. Kegeling while wearing the SG/VLC will tire the pelvic floor muscles and add adjustment space to the threaded screws. That way you can keep stretching and keep your penis tightly snugged up without having to change bars.

This photo I just took today, over an hour into the routine, showing the large 'S' ring attached directly to the VLC cones. You can also see that I have no more adjustment room since I am at the very bottom of the spring load marks right about the adjustment screws. After doing a bunch of kegels, I will gain more adjustment room and be able to take out the large 'S' ring and replace it with the smaller one, which would be the equivalent of adding a small bar to the SG, without adding the small bar and interrupting the whole routine.

Sports gripping chalk is what I use instead of baby powder. I put it on both my penis and the cones, then I shake off the excess powder from my penis, but leave it all on the cones. This aids greatly in helping the cones not slip off by keeping the foreskin from slipping down to the bottom of the cones. I also use sports chalk for all my stretches and exercises which I think grips a lot better than baby powder or other types of gripping stuff, plus it gives that feeling of PE as a sport. It comes in little shaker bags and you can find it at most any sporting goods store.

Note: After a Step-Up session, you will want to heal in an extended position, so put the SG/VLC back on at a moderate tension for an hour. This helps solidify the gains by healing while fully stretched. Then remove the SG/VLC, but use the meat hook to back down slowly from the stretched position until it stops. then remove the VLC and the SG and rub a pea size amount of HydroCortizone all over your penis and any tender spots while massaging it. This will help promote healing with a soothing sensation.:)

I have a question- to everyone who has had the SG+VLC combo- does it really give a great penis stretch ir most of the stretch is just skin? :)

Definitely awesome shaft stretching, little goes to skin stretch and any skin that is stretched needs to be in order for the length gains to happen. In my opinion this is the best attachment for the SizeGenetics.
