The image below is all the equipment I use for the ADF Step-Up Method Routine For SG/VLC/TLC Combo. This method allows you to have continuous micro-adjustments on the threaded screws without having to change a single bar. This routine is better suited for 1-1 1/2 hour intense stretching with fast gains for length, instead of, as an All Day Stretching method.

1. On the SizeGenetics extender itself you see the ACE gauze, folded/layered and held on with a safety pin. This is to prevent ball burn which can happen with long periods of use or intense stretching.
2. The little mirror is to be able to see behind the VLC/TLC cones to see if there is any foreskin slipping down there., and to check the angle of the cones in general.
3. The belt clip is from one of Ron Lows stretching belts w/ just a slight modification I made to create an angle bend in the center so it sites centered on the top hook. I hook it first directly to the cones once they are mounted on my penis.
4. The meat hook, w/ the flesh colored handle, I made to pull my whole penis, VLC, clips and all straight up to the top hook. Some time I need to hold it there while I change to a different size 'S' ring etc.
5. The 2 different size 'S' rings, seen under the meat hook, are used in the step-up process and can be combined with or without the belt clip or directly to the VLC to allow options for optimal stretching without having to change any bars.
6. When you can take the meat hook and pull, just your penis with the VLC cones only, directly to the top hook which sits on the very top of the SG, then it's time to add some new bars and start the routine over again. But that could take weeks to months depending on how high ou place the bars.
7. Some guys are handy and crafty with metal so it's not that hard to make the little S rings or the meat hook.
The larger S ring came off a strap of some kind and I just twisted it at a 90% angle and the small ring is just really thick/hard gauge wire I twisted into shape.
