I noticed that some of the forum members consider ''the __________ Stretch'' as ''__________'s secret exercise''.I am just curious to know that why they do that?did __________ told anybody that this exercise is the secret of the size he got?did anybody talked to him personally and he exposed the truth?if not,then why this exercise was given a fancy name?
 
That's a very good question Dreamdick that Im wondering about too... You talk about the Whale Stretch right.

Another thing that I also wonder is what kind of Penis Enlargement did __________ do, hes glans looks pretty worm. He must have hang alot of weight and I also know this guy does do pumping sessions. But now I want to know mostly about lenght gains he made cuz hes really big in lenght.
 
No, it was a name that BlueWhale gave it, Redzulu made a pretty big stink over the name (as I recall) and came up with in thread that used Shorty Mac and Shane Diesel as the bases for it's name. I hope I am not incorrect here, if so I am sorry in advance. I do not think the exercise(s) had anything to do with the ���� stars, more that a penis that large could be attained by using the exercise(s). I always name my exercise started with DLD, I think the exercises created should be names as their author....What proceed the name is what the exercise is, like DLD Blasters, Supra Slammers, Dash's Hardcore hanging, etc. Oddly enough Red did name a few exercises in this manner, as I believe also did Blue Whale. I think the Thread, at one point, was name __________'s Secret, Red edited the title to Blue Whales Secret Stretch, which I think eventually got changed back to another name along the lines of __________'s secret exercise. That, to my knowledge, is how the exercises were named.

yes MartinGlad...i was talking about the exercise that Blue Whale created.I thought that __________ shared that secret with blue whale but could not find any evidence....i think any kind of exercise should be named after the author....:)

Yeah, that was the reason for the original debate on the name. __________ did not do this exercise but the exercise, in theory, has the ability to bring __________ like gains.
 
What happens if I warm up during a stretching session and then warm up again after like 25 minutes of stretching and end with a warmdown? Is 3 times too much? Can it limit the gains somehow?

Not at all, if you can handle it do as much length work as you desire. The only limit would be soreness from the ligaments, they can become so sore that stretching is very difficult.

LM never fail to give me soreness at the base of my penis after the workout. Is that a good sign or I overtrain?

hello MartinGlad!do whatever you want to do but NEVER forget to heal in an elongated position after your length workout.....:)

I have no doubt that __________ has done Penis Enlargement; probably hanging. His penis did get bigger from when he first started making movies and that doesn't happen by itself. I know a lot of ���� stars do pump before a scene. Where did you hear that __________ does?
 
LIGHTNING has talked with him and confirmed he has done Penis Enlargement. There is a thread somewhere called Freddy Foolish, or something... Good read to look up.
 
Looking to get the LM based off your recommendation the other day. Every guide shows people putting it near the mid point of the penis. Is it ok to put it closer to the base to get full girth gains while hanging?
Everything is ok. When attaching at the base your're doing expressive stretches and you will stretch more of your inner penis.
