So guys, my girth routine is the 5x5x3 in combination with 30minutes of wet jelqing. Before I begin I do a 10min mid pressure in the bathmate and then I start jelqing for 30minutes.
Every jelq 3 - 5sec. After that I do the 5x5x3 routine and end up with wearing a cockring.
I have tried to jelq also after the 5x5x3 routine instead of jelqing only before.

My results are the following: - When I jelq before the 5x5x3 the expansion at the 5x5x3 is noticably bigger than when I jelq after the 5x5x3 routine and I start my 5x5x3 routine without jelqing.

The final questions: 1)Is it more important to create more expansion at the end or is it better to jelq after so the new expanded penis will get filled with fresh blood again?

2)If you do the SRT 5x5x3 and cockring is the extra jelqing maybe not necessary needed and just a waste of time while doing it in the early stages of PE makes more sense?

Why you get more expansion when doing jelqing before is because the 5x5x3 is causing more expansion or/and fluid retention. When you do the jelqing after the 5x5x3 you are possibly neutralizing all the possible "fluid retention" and some of the expansion you actually got from the 5x5x3. 30 minutes is a long time frame.

My suggestion would be to try the 5x5x3 ONLY with no 30 minutes of jelqing at all, and see if the expansion is the same. This would tell you that your "30+" minutes of jelqing is waste of time if the expansion is the same. 30minutes of jelqing would condition your penis too much too fast, very unnecessary. You also have to judge the difference between fluid retention and real expansion. Real expansion in my opinion should translate to a harder penis. If the blood is pushed on the tunica and it expands slowly due to this pressure, the penis surface would be HARD and a little bit bigger. If your penis gets bigger but softer it is fluid retention. This is applicable to the CC's. But the CS is more soft naturally, so it's harder to judge!

I don't see why one should need that much work to cause a decent expansion to work with when you "EDGE" and cement the gains. I apply my own theories and what is neccessary to promote gains and cement them. I don't need to work with 0.5+ inches in expansion. I don't see the benefit. I work in more minimal steps and it works good and it is faster and easier for the penis to cement, i have grow 1 inch in girth in a little bit more than 1,5 year and i haven't even focused on only girth the whole time and taken a couple breaks.

Well, that makes absolutely sense... But would u also jelq doing penis enlargement or not? From now on I will do just the 5x5x3 workout for 4 or 5 days on and jelq then just for one day a week for 30minutes after 10min of pumping warm up..
That will break the monotony of the routine I guess..

In my opinion you can quit the "30" minute workout all together and only focus on the 5x5x3 workout for a while. It is enough to bring gains. You don't need to force the "30" minutes of jelqing just because it's an old habit that has worked before.
I only assume that you have started to incorporate the 5x5x3 because your 30minutes of jelqing doesn't give any effect anymore, right? Then you can reject that workout and work on 5x5x3 solely with only SSJ and go back to jelqing in the future.
I don't know if i should "explain" the whole theory behind this, but i'm thinking about release my "theory" based on my own experiences on how to make your penis grow consistently. So i will explain everything in detail then, i'm saving some secrets for then :D
Because what i actually have managed to do with PE is that i have never stopped growing, i grow and grow and grow and it never stops, i never plateau. I just follow the rules i have, and i learn all the time.

A much smarter way to train and the way to bring the fastest girth gains possible. Please study SRT to learn these awesome ideas and exercises.
