Rn I’m still doing the newbie routine with the only thing added being 5x5x3 after jelqs. Was just wondering would it be better to separate the stretching and the jelqs and 5x5x3 to separate times of the day? Like do the stretching at around 1-2 pm before I go to the gym then wear my uncle Jim at the gym, then do the jelqs and 5x5x3 before bed (when I usually do it all together). Also if splitting it up is the best move is there any other extra stretching exercises I can throw in as well?
