Left picture, it's viewed like if you are watching your own penis when looking down.
Right picture is face to the penis, by 3/4.

When can see the 3 dimensions of penis.
When we are talking about length, we are talking about Y axe.
But for girth, we have 2 axes : X and Z.

So, my penis (and most of you, i think) is not really round. It's often elliptic. In my case, X is way bigger than Z. (erect base girth : X = 4.7, Y=3.8).

Here's a simple question.
Is there exercises than increase more Z than X? (= which exercises are more dedicated to Z, and which are more for X)??

Or, to cut it short, you want more depth ;). I think Redzulu made an exercise with two plates that squeeze the whole shaft, even if it was for width I think it can be also applied for depth (just place the plates on the sides).

The corpus cavernosum is mainly responsible for x. Z is the sum of corpus cavernosum (CC)+corpus spongiosum(CS).

Exercise for width(x): Redz Frendo:The secret to Shorty Mac & Shane Diesel
Exercise for z: I don't know how to isolate variable z. Erect bending, SSJ and horses/uli all contribute to overall girth and will increase x & z. When doing an uli, you can try to focus on kegeling more blood into the glans/CS.

Should be ok for the CC, CS is not targeted IMHO.

You could also try jelqing with the palm facing down (overhand grip). I read somewhere on T's that this works pretty well for depth.
Hah yeah thanks, that's my favorite strain, the white widow :). Only problem is that it got pretty rare, because so many people are selling fake genetics and call it a "white widow", but the original, nowadays called "black widow" is probably the best herb one can get, together with the original OG Kush... ahhh, I need to visit the sunshine state one day :)...
 
Thanks for all KingCobra and lazyhanger. Not easy to develop especially depth. I have to work only x+z, and never only x.

@lazy : Agree Mmmmh white widow, smoked it when i was younger !! You feel being into an amount of cotton. It's a pure psy weed !!
 
you're still quite a newbie if i remember correctly.
You shouldn't worry about specifics like that yet. Especially you shouldn't do any clamping leave alone Redz Frendo which is probably the craziest exercise I've ever seen.
 
Thanks Sirkyle, and yes, i'm a newbie.. Penis Enlargement for only 2 months ! Redz Frendo is for super boost the "x" in my picture, so it's useless for working depth. ..i'm agree, it's seems very dangerous.
 
Very difficult to separate them from each other, the math you are using would denote a flat surface, we are dealing with a cone which would need to include volume. Determining how to thicken one side of the cone would be difficult but not impossible. The math for volume is RADIUS1(r1) RADIUS2(r2) HEIGHT<3. This can be calculated using a volume calculator like this one. Exercises that would be consistent with changing cone shape or adding width or girth respectively would be ones along the lines of DLD Bends, After Shock Rollers, Also look up many of Redzulu's exercises, he has spent much time on width.
 
I've calculated that if my r2=r1, my girth will be 1.4cm better (+0.5 inch).
