hey guys i just did this routine, which will be my night routine form now on and its simply amazing. the pump i felt after i was done was crazyyyy insane. you work girth,head size,width, and length all in one. i call it bigtymegainers.
wat you need is- a bandage,a cable clamp, a rolling pin, and a penis.

i start off looking at adult entertainment while balooning and kegeling trying to get more blood in my penis. when i get about 75% engorjed i put my penis on top of my ocmputer table and used the rolling pin to roll slowly(abuot 4-6 seconds) down the shaft and stopped below the head and hold for 3-5 seconds. (this makes the head engorged hugely and also widens the penis while moving blood up the shaft. do 5 sets of this. then right away i sat back down at the computer and looked at mroe adult entertainment videos. i kept baloonigng then i masturbated and finally i edjed(stopped right be4 busting) right away i put the bandage on (i already had folded it and kept it ready next to me) and clamped the cable clamp all the clicks so it was tight to perfection. this is when my penis became swollen and hard and thick, the head size grew like crazy. now righ away while engorged and in the clamp i pushed with my hand against the glans (plyometrics) while using my pc muscle to try to get the penis back up working against the resistence of my hands. i did 10 reps then i grabbed the upper part of the shaft and glans and did an erect bend (while still clamped) to the left for 10 seconds then to the right for 10 seconds then finally i squeezed the head and held it tight (horses 440). then i took the clmap off and started it all over. after i was done i was swollen liek never be4 and i put my penis/balls in a tub of warm water for 2 minutes then applied topical vitmain E + aloe vera moisturizer then put the ROP directly aroudn my penis (i pushed the latex so that it wood fit without a problem aroudn the penis).now 30 minutes later im still handing and feel weaked in the chambers. i sense qualty gorwth form these "BigtymeGainers". also... after clamped if u wish u can uli for a few reps and also while clamped i sometimes squeezed the penis right above the clamp for even mroe head expansion.
so u basically work width (rolling pins),girth(clamps) fullness (balooning/edjing) pc muscle (balloing/plyometrics) length and tisue wall (plyometrics) head size(ulis after clamp/clamp/rolling pin slowly) and length (erect bends)
 
That sounds like it would work, but I got some questions.

Do you use padding on the rolling pin?

Have you ever tried using the rolling pin while clamped? (Maybe that would be asking for trouble)

Also, does the rolling pin roll? Or do you keep the thing from spinning as you push it foward?

Ive thought of using a rolling pin aswell, I think it would be a good idea for making your girth "flatter" so it looks wider if your looking down on it
 
I did the roller excercises clamped. I had to grease up my shaft and the pin real nice that way you can just roll it along instead of having to turn the pin. When you have to turn the pin it can pinch your skin and piss you off.

As for your routine sounds Intense! I am gonna give this a try while on Liquid Cialis.

my first 5 sets of the width expansion sets with the rolling pin is without the clamp, then after i put on the clamp i do mayb 3 fast rolls before i go into the plyometrics.
i dont use lube either.i feel that this is one of the best exercises developed for many reasons. one reaosn is that hardly any1 now adays does isometrics, which can translate into no plateus and unlimited gains. and this technique uses isometrics, when your dick is suppper engorjed from the edje and clamp. also then u build length,width,girth,gigantic head size,pc muscle. its an all in one

Yeah, the rolling pin is the ATS Roller. In the constrictor guide. I'm a fan of width expansion. My advice to anyone using this routine is to not be surprised if you can't get an erection afterwards for a few hours. It looks like a lot of work. Since I'm on a break from Penis Enlargement, I'm not trying it at the moment, but whoever does be careful. Have fun with it, it looks solid. Change the name, not a new exercise but a new superset.

with the power jelq ud get better length, but im already working part elngth with isometrics and erect bends. with rolling pin ur making the dick fatter and wider.

im my main post i made a mistake and said plyometrics. i emant isometrics which is when u get erect and push against your cock while using your pc muscle to get the cock back up. your penis v. your hands resistence

i measured the width today. today is friday .my last super set of these were on wednesday and yesterday i had a break. today i measured and my width was 1.8 .thats .3 up form the 1.5 i had on wednesday

i use alot and the dick really hurts when rolling while being clamped at the base. you can try to lube up the rest fot eh shaft a little. but the mroe rpesure the more gains i think. just try not to separate your cock in half, split down the middle =))
