your newbie too this the word [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] is an acranim for tension
when you put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] you want settings at low end put penis in face plate strap dont make sure end of penis right to end of faceplate but not over it
if over add the 1inch bars till penis is at the end
now the tensioning
you roll the turn screws till you feel a slight pull this will be 900g of tension equal to 2 pounds
since your newbie too this for the first couple weeks keep low settings with the pull and slowly increase the tension by turning screws over weeks
when you see the base threads move up to 2 inch bars and tension back to 900g base start
now tension it more to where the tension feels stiffer than before not too much this will be equivelent of 1200g tension bout 4 pounds do this for a couple weeks and keep moving up like this next set of bars should
bring you too 1500 grams

Cold glans means your losing circulation you should take it out and massage to re gain warmth,and stretch your penis to maximum but also not to hard to cause pain.
Are you doing a manual stretching routine with this???

Its good to get circulation back into your penis cold glans means loss of oxygen (I think ) don't worry about the spring just as long as your getting good tension

The screw set is reverse, so if you do not turn correctly it will release. Also, the spring tension can be countered by adding a small bar.

It looks to me like you could another bar of some size from the photo. You don't appear to have a lot of tension there. When I am in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I don't have any marks showing at all.
