Edging w/o orgasm you should be fine to do it daily. Edging for a long time can effect your EQ though due to fatigue, so if you're going to have sex then you might get your timing down before you do any exercises the day of.
Edging time varies from person to person. You might go 30min, while john is going for 2hours. 2hours daily is a stretch for anyone and will have different effects overall.
