if i wanted to superset toilet compressions, bends, and ssjs what order do you think would be most effective?
my thought would be bends to warm up directly into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] to get maximum expansion and then toilet compression to flatten it out

2nd - Bends
3rd - Toilet compressions

I'd also like to know more about this order, Red. Are you talking about doing them in that order within the same girth session? Would it be better for me to hit my length goal before starting in on girth and width exercises?

No, as both length and girth are effected when doing either exercises. Girth helps length big time while length exercises also hit girth.

Lasty the toilet compressions, this is again to work on all the extra expansion and pre-fatigue and I've foind that you have a nicer width session when you have done intense girth work beforehand, gets all the penis full and expanded so when you do them your getting a better workout.
