Millionman,
I pretty much followed DLD's basic routine for the first three to five months--but I didn't add the stretches to my wet jelqing routine until month three whereas DLD started out with some stretches.
I cut back too soon, however--after five months--and lost half of my length gains, which came fast starting with month three and lasting through months four and five.
Since I gained girth real fast as well and never lost in this area, I have been focusing on various stretches for length since that time--adding a lot of edging sessions along the way. I spent many months doing the A stretches along with my version of the lazy ass stretch. But I injured myself with the latter so I cut them out of my routine. Too intense the way I was doing them.
Early on my sessions were one to two hours a day, every day, some times longer. I rarely missed a day unless I was ill.
In recent months, I've cut back on the length of the sessions and increased the intensity of the stretches and also spaced them throughout the day. Right now I'm doing the downward stretches along with Ulis and DLD's bundled tunica stretches--very intense. I tried the footlong stretches but found I can get a more intense stretch with my hands since my grip is strong.
I am also concentrating on
weight loss--10 pounds down, 10 to go. I figure I may be able to cut into my fat pad after another 10 to fifteen pounds or so.
My waist is down to 34"--first time in 40 years!! Imagine!!!
:s
I have to remind myself to do my daily kegeling--but I do them unconsciously now--so that is good.
I also have gone back to another basic, and that is the wet jelq, each stroke of which I finish with a hard downward stretch.
But it seems that most of my gains during the last 12 to 18 months have been in girth and not in length--even though the focus has been on the various stretches.
That pretty much wraps up my history and routine in a nutshell, millionman.
